Breakfast

I liked how clean the room was and the convenience of the location. The parking lot was lit very well. Traveling alone as a women, I felt safe coming & going at night. I also liked the location of my room. They met my request and it was perfect (& quiet) by the back stairs. Although the coffee was hard to locate it was surprisingly good!

The handling of the deposit was a little dicey, but in the end they corrected it. Staff wasn’t very friendly and housekeeping never announced themselves. Just knocked on the door. Although happy they offered Breakfast-it could use a little upgrade.

The breakfast was ok. he usual. Maybe some fresh fruit would be nice from the locals. My toilet seat was loose and I reported it but it was not fixed. Otherwise, the stay was great.

The rooms and hotel were updated. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. A/C worked great.

Just a few issues with the breakfast. They ran out of sausage and milk about an hour before the end of breakfast.

Excellent location, newly remodeled facility, and convenient to restaurants and my ultimate destination of my trip.

The hotel manager has levied a $100 immediate deposit upon check-in, which you are not informed of beforehand. The reason: it's a security deposit required due to previous damage caused by pets. I had no pets and was on an extremely tight budget. The one hundred dollars is refunded at checkout, but it may take 5 - 10 business days to be fully redeposited into your account; in the meantime, you're out 100 dollars! Not good! Also, my room had no hot water, and I couldn't relocate, as my spouse is disabled. The clerk stated the manager would only charge me half price due to our inconvenience. He didn't; he charged me the full price. I will not stay there again.
