Good location

Walls are a little thin and there was noise late at night

George was very friendly.

The first election key card did not work and it took 15 minutes for someone to deliver working key card; One of the washcloth was stained and dingy with makeup which was cleaned when washed; hair in the bathroom sink, and a beer cap on the floor near the bed; the television was not user friendly to find programming.

The staff was kind and helpful.

Everything was great

The fact that there is NO BREAKFAST, and no room service…yes there is a stove but what if I don’t want to cook. Also there is no pool, my kids expect an opportunity to swim when they are at a hotel. Also, why do I have to clean my own room If I am at a hotel, took my own trash out..that was ridiculous. The showers need to be updated. Staff was very pleasant.

The location was convenient to the university and quiet.

Some areas needed cleaning, such as the room had grime in bathroom. The gym was messy but overall great equipment and enough space to work out.

well located, big room with fridge microwave and dishwasher wow! you can check various things out from front desk and the staff was friendly. good location. lotsa stuff all around.
