Location

Construction underway- very audible in the room- I was on the second floor. Jack hammering from 7:15 am. A giant cockroach in my room. The front desk was very eager to come help me get rid of it.- their help was a big plus. Too hot on the room. A/C too loud. Lastly, alarm on top floor so loud and long at 11:00 pm.

I loved the location. Metro stop right across the street. Very secure building. Very clean rooms. Very informative staff.

I was down there for a convention. The hotel was very close to the Walter. E convention center, the staff was great. I enjoyed my time there. I would definitely stay there again.

I wish my room is a little bigger

El hotel queda en una zona muy accesible, cerca del National Mall (para ir y volver a pie) y tiene varios lugares donde comprar comida y un supermercado en la esquina. El baño impecable y la cama muy cómodas. La TV enorme y anda perfecto. Los chicos que atienden en la recepción todos muy amables y serviciales. Sin lugar a dudas volvería y lo recomendaría.

La zona de noche es medio fea pero aceptable de todos modos. Las instalaciones son cómodas, excepto por el escritorio que está muy junto al aire acondicionado y si la persona que se hospeda es corpulenta, le puede resultar dificultoso.

Hotel con excelente ubicación, moderno y personal muy atento.

It was close to the metro and it was clean.

The room did not match the description, there was noise from the bathroom fan keeping us awake all night long with noises from the alley at our window.

everything!! a tad tight but shoot no need for the waste of space!! perfect for a younger couple!!! beautiful modern design very cool bar and restaurant downstairs and an absolute AMAZING front desk staff will make sure to recommend at least 2-3 AMAZING dinner spots came for my bday weekend caught the wizards play my sixers and it was more than perfect!!! deff coming back within no more than three months. AMAZING STAFF

Location is great. Directly across from Metro station.

Loud. No fault of the property. It’s close to an arena, so if there’s an NBA game, you will hear the announcers.

Lage sehr zentral.

Zimmer zur Straße haben extrem undichte Fenster, weswegen es wahnsinnig laut im Zimmer ist und an Schlaf auch trotz Ohropax nicht zu denken ist. Beworbener Gratis-Kaffee war an 2 von 3 Tagen leer Klimaanlage sehr laut Das Zimmer war nicht sonderlich gründlich gereinigt.

The ambience was generally upbeat. The staff were hospitable and courteous with one minor exception. Right next door was an informal place to catch some grub

The staff at the hotel was friendly and kind. I enjoyed the security entrance of the hotel and that things are walking distance.

Hotel and room was very clean. Smaller than usual room, but very clean. Great bars and restaurant inside.

Location was terrible. Good for someone going to a Caps game but the location is terrible. Homeless everywhere and cops everywhere.

Location is right at the entrance to Chinatown - lots of restaurants and the Cap 1 arena is on the next block. If you're looking for room to spread out in your room, double check the square footage they list - my room was a queen bed and that took up just about the entire room, so it was small but I was only there to sleep.Some rooms have more space. But it was quiet and super clean and nicely done. The food menu is great, the Crimson whiskey bar downstairs was hopping and the food is quite good. I'd definitely stay here again.

Very Clean and just what we needed for an overnight stay.

NO ice machine! I had to go down to the bar to get some. A little pricey for an over night stay. Also, the remote is hard to figure out.

The fan was a bit loud and could not be turned off.

Staff were very nice and hotel was modern and clean, in an ideal location for visiting the main tourist spots

The air con is our room was super noisy and also overhead when trying to sleep. The rooms are compact.
