location was great. 4-5mins walk from the train station, 7-11 nearby. it’s by the main road, don’t have to turn in to any alleys, which makes it great as we were travelling with a baby and a toddler with a suitcase and a stroller.

cleanliness could be improved - especially for the bathroom. wifi connection was very very bad - as good as none. Thankfully we have data sim.

why would anyone wanna have glas vindows between the toilet and bed?? thats really awkward when you are two people in there.

- I would like to suggest the host/owner for improving the amenity products used in shower room such as shampoo or shower gel. those products make your room look so cheap. - no breakfast (but fine)

Convenient location, near the metro. Nice apartment, 2 showers, 2 toilets, swimming pool. The administrator girl promptly responds to all requests, responds to WhatsApp almost instantly, thank you very much for the rest.

I like how accessible the location is and close to BTS Station. The room was spacious.

The room next door was flooding and went to the hallway. Stayed here for 2 nights only coz it is near the actual hotel that I am going to stay for a long time.

The bathroom was floated after two minutes usage, water heater system was broken down at first sight (we kept shivering after bathing), and a rude staff kept tricking us like monkey. Despite our privacy was disrupted, we had to wait for the staff to clean out the clog For the water heater, the staff suggested to find a TECHNICIAN tomorrow. We explained to her in a polite manner that it should not be because our valuable things like passport, money, were all in the room. They did not provide locker/safe. She PROMISED TO FIND A NEW ROOM for us and she DID NOT SHOWED UP. We waited for >1HOURS until midnight and we gave up. The next morning, she told us that she could give us discount for 200batt ONLY FOR THE SECOND NIGHT, and declared that the technician will CAME INTO OUR ROOM(without asking our permission and she know we will go travel). I insisted that they should obey the laws, only then she told me that it was not “by force”. The staff refused to give discount/change to another room, or feel any sorry for the bad experienced we faced first night. Instead, she told us the previous customers find the water heater system worked well. Later, she wanted to come into our room again to test the water temperature personally and we agreed. Yet, she still DID NOT SHOWED UP as promised. After a long wait, we decided to leave ASAP. The technician things, the broken facilities, the time-consuming discussion with them via apps (more than 1 HOURS), the privacy things, the rude manner, had drove us crazy. We still believed she will come to us, so we kept waiting to pass the key personally. After ANOTHER 20-30MINUTES, only the staff told us via apps to put the key in the mailbox WHAT?! Why didn’t she tell us earlier and left us kept waiting? We trusted her so deeply that she will show up (Both the invitation was ASKED BY HERSELF), but in return she she treated us like FOOLISH. Our morning journey was ruined BY WAITING and TRANSFFERING our luggages!!!
