The breakfast was so good and the bed very confortable.
The TV was to the WiFi and connectivity was too poor.

extremely expensive for the quality of the hotel
cleanliness was subpar:
- rust by the shower drain
- disgusting ring stain in the toilet ( water is brown)
- please change the pillows (they are flimsy)
- did not vacuum the room regularly
- towels need to be renewed (threads are coming out)

Great location in town, easy to get transport, big comfortable room, prompt room service, polite, friendly and helpful staff.
Carpet stain in the room, stiff buttons on the remote control, The breakfast could and should have a bigger selection. Constant security control entering the hotel.

The business lounge is empty every time. No water, no coffee for meeting. You can not propose something for your interlocutors. It’s deplorable
I have problem with payment because the TPE are not working. I must to pay by cash. No Mastercard no Amex. No payment online.

Very nice hotel, quite expensive, but everything is expensive for tourists in RoC. The view is amazing to Kinshasa and the congo River is just next to the pool. the swimming pools are amazing.

Lack of knowledge of what an infant needs to sleep in. Multiple requests for a spare bed made and we finally receive a cot with no bedding...
Pool is lacklustre but could be so good.
Window opens enough for an adult to escape from at 10th floor and we have 3yo in the room...serious safety issue here.
