Hotel bonito y limpio

Falta de organización en la gestión de reservaciones y poca atención a le peticiones del cliente . Me tocó esperar desde la 1:00pm hasta las 9:00pm por la habitación reservada por falta de disponibilidad ( me dieron una pequeña mientras me prometían un cambio a categoría superior gratis que nunca ocurrió). Cuando logré entrar a la habitación reservada sorpresa ! Pared entre el baño y la parte del dormitorio húmeda , no tenía luz la parte del sanitario y en la primera planta ( cuando mi petición inicial fue que no quiero planta baja) . Me he quedado en este hotel desde el 2015 , y la verdad es que no volveré porque me sentí mal .

I did like the diversity of meal presented. The location was also good; big space and perfectly cleaned. Also the professionalism of staff was very impressive.

Cleaning of the room is not top... Improvement should be made in this area.

The hotel is in an amazing location across the road from the airport. Really convenient for travelers. The breakfast was superb. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The food service is terrible. They have no snack meals available. This main restaurant service was really appalling. I waited in an empty dining room for a simple meal for an hour. The kitchen was fully staffed and there were three waiters on duty. Mine or not the first review on this line. Sort out the food and this would be a good hotel. In the end I bought food at a grocery store so that I didn’t go hungry.

My stay was so nice, very quiet place. The breakfast very rich.

The location was perfect...a walking distance from the airport.

The rooms could be more clean and shower did not have enough pressure for water to flow abundantly.

The staff don't speck english very well. they reserve online room and not serve the same room. Also for toiletry and towel they dont keep in the bathroom you have demand always.
