It was a convenient location for the places we needed to go to. Plus points on the parking. The rooms were clean but may need refurbishing soon. Staff were all very courteous.

The food although had some variety on a daily basis needs some improvement. The bacon was just all going to waste since it was hardly edible.

Sink drains slow. Bathroom grout need cleaning. Room needs deep cleaning. Linens and towels are kind of worn out. Air conditioning is loud, emitting a musty smell.

I have stayed a couple of times in Hotel 101 in the past five years and the staff has been consistent with their services. It is really near MoA and there are other new malls around the area that you don't really need to go to MOA to eat or chill. Still enjoy the pool though it feels like it has become smaller with more people using it when we visited.

I hope they start to do simple renovations like new paint in the room or new tiles in the toilet as it is obvious that the hotel has been existing for awhile now. So they can freshen up the vibe of the hotel and the rooms. Overall, price point is still cheaper in the area. Keep it up and looking forward to more stays in the future!

The location was great,walking distance to nearest shops.and very accessible to all kinds of transportation.

The place was really nice and comfortable, until the noises from our windows woke us up almost all night,we understand there's new buildings are in progress around the area,but i have to be honest it was quite noisy where we are even during the night.

Proximity to MOA. Restos, cafe, convenience store are nearby. Very accessible, right at the main road (Edsa Ext.). The globe of MOA is even visible from my windows!

Maintenance should check regularly the statuses of their locks for weak or dead batteries. In my case I have to transfer to 2 more rooms before finally settling to a room with a working lock/key-card.

the location is nice. it's a good and cheap place to stay for a transient type of stay. it's 15-20 mins away from NAIA. and 2 blocks away from MOA.

some of the stuffs are obviously have been used for a long time. Like the Bath robes and towels are pretty worn out. 😊 but it's not a big issue. 😊

Have no idea why this place is so highly rated in booking.com. The driver who was supposed to pick me from the airport didn’t come (was arranged with hotel). Old and noisy AC in a room with closed windows. Poor breakfast. Stuff is friendly, but I won’t come back to this place anymore.
