Diría que solucionaron muy rápido el problema que hubo con la habitación.

Nos dieron una habitación que el olor era muy desagradable, como a cañerías, humedad... Nos lo solucionaron rápido porque les pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación y así fue, inmediatamente. Ahora vamos con el desayuno, por ejemplo no había café, había leche, té y zumo aguado. Las tostadas tenían moho. La pinta de la mantequilla no era buena porque se habían separado los ingredientes, además sabía mal. Así que ahí dejamos las tostadas. El resto de cosas eran alimentos indios (que nosotros siendo europeos no nos gusta desayunar) así que tomamos cereales que había de dos tipos. Por otro lado, el tema de las sábanas, están tan tan viejas que están completamente rotas, de hecho metí los pies y se me coló el dedo gordo por un agujero. Deberían cambiar las sábanas, están muy pasadas. También el hotel entero huele muchísimo a humedad, no sé si es porque estaban haciendo obras... Pero el olor es desagradable.

I had a very pleasant stay here and was very happy with the choice to stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, just minutes from Kozhikode beach and surrounded by dozens of amazing restaurants, and walking distance to historical and architectural landmarks. The room was very clean and comfortable and the included breakfast was tasty.
