Nice big hotel, with nice restaurants, rooftop pool, amazing view etc

My biggest problem was A/C, After checking in we found out that the AC not working, called reception and the electrician came and fixed it. Then the next morning after breakfast we had the same issue with the AC, also the cleaners broke the hangers with shampoo and shower gel and the sink was leaking…. I went to the reception told them about everything and kindly asked them to fix everything until we came back from the city tour. After we came back they fixed almost everything except the AC…. I complained again and they asked me to stay in the room and wait for someone to come and fix it again. I told them that it was impossible to stay in the room as it was too hot inside… so we waited in the lobby... After 15 minutes I was pissed off and asked to change the room as all these issues caused a lot of inconveniences… then we were for waiting for the manager to approve this, after waiting for some time (he never came) we went back to our room, as it was a birthday of my girlfriend and we had a dinner booked. Long story short, no one ever contact us after about the new room or even apologized, I called maintenance once more and they sent an electrician one more time to fix the AC…. So while the experience was ruined and most disappointing was that no one even apologies or offered something because of all this happened and never came back to us after all these complaints

Karşılama çok kötüydü, bize önce 1.kat yol seviyesinde bir oda verdiler bavullarımızı açmadan resepsiyona geri döndük çıkış yapmak istediğimizi söyledik o sırada otel muduru oradaydı durumu anladı ve odayı değiştirdi. bazı otellerde booking den rezervasyon yaptığınızda ilk önce en kötü odayı vermeye çalışmaları çok üzücü buna bir çözüm bulunması gerekiyor.

Great view ,excellent amenities, sauna and pools are clean , dinning area overlooking spectacular acropolis’s view ,staff nice and helpful ，accommodation were fulfilled upon request

Lifts were too small and take to long ,lack of breakfast selections ，hotel location not convenient to city center

O Café da Manhã era perfeito! Realizo muitas viagens internacionais pela Europa, e o melhor café da manhã foi no Gran Hyatt.A simpatia dos funcionários e a Localização do Hotel, Muito próximo ao Centro histórico da para ir a pé.

A cama não é muito confortavel. Os travisseiros são de excelente qualidade, aparentemente são de Penas, mas são muito baixos e não da conforto para dormir.

No me gustó nada el desayuno, que encontré muy pobre para un Hotel que se suponía de esa categoría.
