Everything was perfect. As usual in Japan

Location was okay.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were as stiff as anything. Not to mention the hallway had a very unpleasant smell to it which also seemed to come through when you turned the air-conditioning on.

It was quite close to public transport and there were a lot of good restaurants in the area. There was also a washing machine room, and the room was relatively comfortable. The staff were also quite nice.

When I arrived to check-in after 15:00, the room wasn't ready.

The room smelled weird, you can see that the sheets where used way too many times (so they weren’t that comfortable anymore) and there was fungus in the bathroom which can be dangerous.

Old building with some old furnitures but seems that they tried to replace every piece as possible with a new one (bed, lights, wallpaper, tv etc...) and keep all very clean, so if you don't care about some old bathtub or desk you'll find this place very comfortable and cheap for its position and services. I especially liked the big window in the room and the big bed.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was great. I was surprised how comfortable the room, bed and pillow were for the price. Great sleep.

The bathroom was pretty old. I couldn’t tell sometimes if it was dirty or just worn. Mould in places.

The best pillow! The rooms are small but clean. The beds are a bit short but tall people fit diagonally.

The toilet and bathtub are tiny. Might be an inconvenience to tall travellers.
