Przede wszystkim fantastyczna lokalizacja. Bliziutko centrum, ale jednak czuć klimat kameralności. Po drugiej stronie ulicy kilka restauracji. Do rynku kilkanaście minut na piechotę. Pokój z wanną (polecam) bardzo komfortowy, a wspomniana wanna w pokoju to majstersztyk. Obsługa miła a sam proces zameldowania uproszczony do granic możliwości. Bardzo polecam!

Byłam w tym obiekcie rok temu (4 doby), śniadania skradły nasze serca. Pokój też. Tym razem, mimo takiego samego rodzaju pokoju, było ciasno, w końcu wynieśliśmy stolik do łazienki i dało się ruszyć w pokoju. Największy minus to zmiana śniadania z serwowanego (wybór chyba 5 opcji) na bufet.... Szczerze mówiąc dawno nie widziałam tak biednego bufetu. Najbardziej rozbawiła mnie sytuacja, kiedy Pan z obsługi zapytał, jaką kawę chcę...odpowiedziałam, że kapuczinę, w końcu było przed 12....Na to Pan, że ma kawę z ekspresu przelewowego :D Mam do wyboru z mlekiem lub bez :) Przypominam, śniadania w tym obiekcie to 50zł od osoby ;) No nic, polecam po kawę przejść się do jednej z okolicznych kawiarni, a składniki na śniadanie zabrać ze sobą. Dobrze, że to była tylko jedna noc

Nie kompetentna i niezbyt miła Pani na recepcji. Niestety Materace też nie wygodne, po prostu zużyte.

Pokój czysty, cichy, nie było słychać ani "sąsiadów", ani odgłosów miasta. Aneks kuchenny pozwala na niezależność w kwestii śniadań i kolacji, a wyposażenie w pełni wystarczyło na czas pobytu. Parking pod hotelem wymaga wcześniejszej rezerwacji i opłaty, ale daje komfort pewnego, wolnego miejsca dla samochodu. Doskonała lokalizacja. Na rynek można dojść spokojnym spacerem w niecały kwadrans.

В отеле было чисто и уютно. Расположение отеля в центре города, вид из окон был хорош.

Завтрак за 50 злотых был ужасным. Самые дешевые черствые булки из бедронки и кофе не вкусный, который делает человек, стоящий за стойкой 1 порцию на человека.

Hotel w spokojnej okolicy pozwala cieszyć się ciszą i relaksem. Wszystkie udogodnienia w pokoju funkcjonowały prawidłowo, było czysto i wygodnie. Zameldowanie bezproblemowe po otrzymaniu kodów smsem. Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu i zapiszemy Joyinn Aparthotel na liście do ponownego odwiedzenia.

Nie było niczego takiego.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, muy cerca del casco antiguo pero en una calle tranquila. La habitación donde nos alojamos era espaciosa, limpia, con buena distribución y pequeña cocina. Las camas muy cómodas, es un buen sitio para descansar ya que no se oye el ruido de la calle.

El desayuno no nos impresionó y nos pareció un poco caro para lo que es.

Breakfast was fantastic - lots of choice, regularly replenished. The location was 5 minutes walk away from the stare rynek. The room was finished nicely, a decent size and reasonable comfort. The bathroom was great.

WiFi was a bit inconsistent, pillows a bit flat but could have asked for another if it really bothered me and the sheets were polyester instead of cotton.

Klein und fein ... sehr freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Alles machte einen schönen und sauberen Eindruck. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. So kann man sich nach Bedarf Selbstversorgen und ein Käffchen oder Tee am Abend in gemütlicher Atmosphäre genießen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es wurde auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen und zeitnah serviert Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam so hatten wir uns für das Frühstück täglich im Hotel entschieden. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel sehr gerne und würden es immer wieder buchen.

Absolutely nothing

The location is quite nice. It is very close to the heart of the city centre with mutiple tram & bus stations which makes getting around very easy. The bed & the chairs are quite comfortable. We were able to check in a little early.

The fridge in the room still had some products from previous guests. The water pressure in the shower is a bit weak but not horrible. The placement of the toilet roll hanger in the room is a little clumsy.

Hasn’t been cleaned during my stay, no towel replacement, no aircon so it was quite hot in the room, poor tv - no option to play Netflix or anything else apart from few channels and poor sound.

The place is easy to access, has it's own parking lot in a backyard (and not a few hundred meters away as is often the case in cities) right next to a public parking, so it was super easy to park the car. The building is a really nice old building well refurbished, right on the edge of the historical city center, and surrounded by nice restaurants on one side and a park/garden on the other. The staff was very professional and friendly and the rooms really neat and clean. We loved our stay there.

Location was excellent. All major sites were in walking distance. Rooms weer clean and the bed was comfortable.

According to the information in the room the breakfast starts at 7 am but it is actually one hour later; So if you have to leave early in the morning (like we did) this is an unpleasant surprise.

Smart, quiet and comfortable room at the back of the hotel. Clean bathroom with walk-in shower. Pleasant and helpful staff. Wide choice at breakfast. Convenient location for city centre, riverside walk and nearby restaurants.

A very minor and amusing point - the minimalist cupboard handles and bathroom hooks were totally impractical.

Nothing. Can be a bit tricky to find a parking spot as parking in the hotel is quite small and to park nearby is almost impossible (or quite expensive). Luckily there is a huge underground parking few mins by walk.

A large comfortable room in an aparthotel. Comfotable bed, sofe sand table and chairs. Balcony overlooking the Oder river. This was great on sunny afternoons. It was within the 4 temples area of Wroclaw with plenty of facilities within short walking distance. The Rynek Square was only a short walk. Public transport was near at hand including the tram system. The hotel had disability access and a lift to all floors. Entrance to the room was by a number and the outside door was also number access after 10:00 pm. The numbers are not difficult to remember, but probably a good idea to write them on a piece of paper and keep them in a bag.

In all it is difficult to make any suggestions. We didn't use the restaurant so we couldn't comment but it might have been useful to have had a menu for breakfast and dinner available. Although the plethora of cafes and restaurants near at hand probably means we wouldn't have used it in anyway.
