Airport pickup. Very friendly staff. Manager takes care and can organize boat trip on the Chobe River as well as an excursion to the Victoria Falls. Game Drives available. 10 min. from the park entrance, Supermarket nearby.

During my stay there were not many guests (off season). So you have give notice in the afternoon if you want to have dinner. Otherwise the restaurant is closed. Wifi signal is weak in the room, it is only strong enough near the reception and in the restaurant.

Daily cleaning, the breakfast and close proximity to taxis, supermarkets, and nature resorts.

Property is secure. It sits alongside the Chobe river. We were in a 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom villa that was fully self contained and overlooked the water - so it was a treat to relax on the balcony. Just outside the property (?easy walking distance) are a few shops including a well stocked supermarket ( and a Nandos Chicken fast food) if you wanted to self cater. It is easy to organise boat cruises and safaris either for 3 hours in the morning or afternoon at reception. They also offer other day trips such as to Victoria Falls. Taxis are easy to get if you need to get somewhere within Kasane. Browsing through the a few of the shops alongside the road further into town ( selling local craft) was fun as you are not harassed to buy anything !!! Breakfast was included in our package , which we enjoyed. Lunch and dinner are available but you need to organise in advance. Really enjoyed the dinner we had there. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here. Will definitely return .

Location good, problem is paying for teas and coffee, i know there is coffee in the room but one can not keep going back to the room whilst having breakfast right

breakfast was excellent and the location was spot on. ice was always available and the staff and reception team were wonderful. The reception team really went out of their way in assisting with accommodation in Namibia.

Carports would make the parking excellent (much needed). Only family rooms have the river view.

Nice room. Good safaris both by car and boat. Friendly staff.
