Neighborhood was quiet. Pool was relaxing.

I was put off by the bad reviews at first. However, after the accommodation wrote that it had changed the caretaker and renovated the accommodation, I decided to book and was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the house. The contact with the host was good, quick answers, friendly

DO NOT book this place. We will never recommend this place for anyone. Don't let picture fool you. - no amenity at all (no toilet paper for our whole week of stay and no trash bag or even soap.) If you are trying to decided between hotel or this house please choose hotel. I regret choice that I made. - can not use garage because owner have stuffs in it. so our car has to park in Florida hot sun. - super far from beach - towel and sheets looks like it came from goodwill - matress is so uncomfortable. - pool that advertised heated it would s not heated pool and dirty with frog and bug also green scum on side of edge of pool -in the middle week of stay. pool staff just show up unannounced yokd my kid yo get out of pool and we have to stay out for 3 hrs. - neighbors dog start barking early in the morning and also construction of neighbors loud early in tye morning. -furniture sofa in the house smell very bad gave me itches. it was so wear out and dirty. -damaged deposit took a month and after I notice no damaged deposit was not return to us, I have to call and text several time to property manager and still she start to say it come from Europe will take so long and blame us on grill not clean and charge us extra for grill cleaning, we did not use grill the whole time we were there. -onwer and property manager of the house is very rude.

Awful mattresses No soap, toilet paper only for one night. The host suggested we go to the store and buy the one that we like At the day time barking dogs at neighbor’s property Dirty pool Dated and dirty pack-n-play for an extra cost.

The Villa was very spacious and modern Plenty of storage space for clothes, food etc, Nice kitchen (although not all the plug sockets worked) with plenty of pans etc Good quality fridge freezer Nice decor, good quality artificial plants etc so feels homely

Mattresses were soft and squidgy (if you like that great but didnt do much for my back and I needed a chiropractor .!) Dining table and floor were dirty and we had to clean ourselves Pool could have been cleaner Information out of date - ie garage not available, full of owners stuff although data said the remote control would be in a certain location so we spent ages looking for it - had to cool car down before being able to use it (only took a few minutes)
