I wish the pool wasn't so cold but I suppose that can't be changed.

I liked my room upgrade, I think I got a corner room which had a nice view of Legaspi village. Love the king size bed and the bathroom and all the amenities. The staff were friendly and polite.

Check-in process could've been better. I paid for the room, read and signed all the documents, and the staff just needed to give me my key card, but only then did he remember to check if my room was ready. It wasn't yet so I had to wait longer. Also the TV in the room is outdated, it only had cable and very few channels were working. Would be better if it was a smart TV.

When I was there, the cable tv inside my room didn’t work.

The location was topnotch it was very quiet and peaceful while we were there while also being close to malls

The elevators key cards stopped working when the new year came so we had to wait for them to fix it but its just a minor thing

city view is minimal. booked a room with city view only to find out that we can only see a small part of it through the window. large part was mostly walls from other buildings. no small table to dine on the room. hard to eat takeouts can hear other’s pet noise or short talks in the hallway. you can also hear the loud bang of door whenever it is closed.

The rooms are clean & quite spacious with a nice view of the nearby park. My family loved the billiard table & swimming pool too.

The rooms are not sound proof. 😅

- The staff was friendly and accommodating. - Pet friendly! We brought our cat. They even offered a "pet passport" and nearby areas where we can bring the pet for a walk or emergencies. - There was a drinking water dispenser although its placement seems to be out of place. - Bed and pillows were very cozy and comfortable. - Bathroom was the right size. - There's a Family Mart right outside the building. - They brought the Grab delivery to the room.

- The food. We had to stay in due to the typhoon and order room service. - Kitchen was a bit small. No dish drainer and small plates. - Parking was really steep. - No coffee maker in the room. Just a sachet of coffee. - Don't make a local call. There's a charge. - No bath foam or salt. - TV was quite small and it wasn't a smart TV. It had cable but very limited channels.

Location and the buffet and ala carte breakfast

They have the ala carte breakfast and I would really appreciate if they can serve to the rooms as sometimes you are too tired or not in a mood to go out in the morning. I asked them if possible to order from the ala carte menu and they refused.

Fully equipped room with everything you need from kitchen including drinking water tank, bathroom, and media. Very clean and comfortable. Short walk to Greenbelt. Free on street parking infront of the apartment. They also were able to fit an extra bed in the room upon request.

Breakfast was lacking in choice and could be improved.

Great location - close to restaurants, coffee shops, malls and small park. Our studio unit was spacious and clean. We were provided with 5 gallon water in our room. Bed was comfortable and firm. Pillows were a bit soft though. They have an onsite spa - too bad we weren't able to try it. Front desk and restaurant staff were helpful and accommodating. I was allowed to check-in earlier than usual. Good selection of breakfast offerings. We enjoyed the pork tocino and daing na bangus

Breakfast was great! Although the portion size of the salmon in the japanese breakfast was a tad small. I loved the size of the room and the bed.

The bath towels had a weird smell when I used them. It smelled like wet dog meaning the towel wasn't cleaned properly. I was disappointed with that.
