Terrific location, close to everywhere we wanted to be. It was easy to get to pretty much any place we wanted to go - including the shops that were just a few steps away. The unit was comfortable; the balcony had a lovely view. Yves is a very nice property manager and offered us beach towels after we commented on the lack of them. (Our second time working with Yves; he is good at assisting travelers.) The unit included a beach umbrella and reclining headrests that were quite helpful for the beach. There is a washer/dryer in the unit which is always quite useful - even if it seemed to take some time to dry clothes. We would characterize the unit as completely acceptable.....except, our one chief complaint.

The unit was nice enough but the AC simply couldn't keep up with the demands of the summer. The AC unit is located near the end of the living room near the exit to the balcony. the bedroom was on the other side of the unit and cold air just didn't make it that far. As a result, while we paid for a bedroom - we really felt like we ended up with a studio - because we had to sleep in the living room. We were only given two bath towels and two hand towels, no wash clothes and no beach towels. We love Cap and will return - we enjoyed this unit - but we are not likely to rent this unit in the summer time unless the owner addresses the AC issue.

Location, size, air conditioning - apartment facilities were actually very good

No lifts to get to the rooms so be careful with heavy bags
