A warm welcome, and the apartment was very clean, well fitted and quiet. The host left a large bottle of water and a small portion of raki, which was a very thoughtful touch. The apartment has an expansive view of the port.

Nice and fresh appartement. The bed is very large and comfortable. The view from the balcony is wonderful: the port, the sea, the mountains. Everything very clean. The staff is very helpful. Especially when I wanted to stay a couple of hours longer waiting for the boat. Thank you very much for finding a solution for this.

Walking down to the town is easy. Walking up to the apartment can be difficult because it is on a hill. But I found after a few days the best manner and road to go up. It was a good exercise. And it is easy to take a taxi in the centre.

The room was large and clean. The location was near to the centre of Sitia.

We arrived at 2am. It's 2 hours of very curvy driving from airport. They woke up to give us the key. Amazing views from seaside view rooms. Nice size rooms. We had 3 rooms during our stay. The room with a street view had a great shower. Very nice pool area. Very clean facility. Fridge had ouzo and fruit upn arrival. Had no issues giving us extra towels & offered Beach towels.

Google needs to fix directions. After driving 2 hours on crazy winding roads in the dark, we finally arrive and map tells us to turn left on to the ridiculously steep downward hill to Potakoza. For some reason, I refused to do it, and thankfully went around the block. Turns out the bottom was a staircase, not a road. Super dangerous, be aware. The apartment complex is very nice. A nice 15 minute wall to the town and beach. Prepare to hike, it's downhill & uphill again. We changed rooms after the second day. Showers are very small (except for front rooms, which we stayed our last night because we stayed an extra night) Our 1st room shower leaked so luckily they had another room. It would have been nice if someone helped us move all of our stuff. Parking was OK. Laundry is done by host £15. I prefer to do my own, which most apartments have in the unit.

The host was waiting for us at 3am(!) - very helpful.

The woman at reception was absolutely phenomenal, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Wonderful location, very private with gorgeous views.

The drive up to the apartment was a bit difficult with road changes and narrow streets.

We loved our stay in Porto Kaza. The House is beautiful, perfectly located and with a breath taking view over the Sitia bay. The reception was kind and effective, cleaning was perfect and the house is fully equipped for all needs. Definitely would return!

Such a lovely hotel with a nice pool.. really really clean and has literally everything you need kitchen wise and nice balcony to sit in with card games and dinner. Really peaceful and staff/owners are really lovely. Thank you!

we really enjoyed our stay at Porto Kaza. Isabela was exceptionally friendly and also helped us out with renting a car. she gave us a lot of sightseeing tips and the best taverns to go to. the room was super clean and the location was perfect with a nice view on the port.

Porto Kaza is a great appartment hotel. Really friendly and helpful staff. This is our 2nd time on Porto K, at this will be our goto hotel in Sitia.

1980 is asking if they can have the bathroom back. This is only based on looks because the bathroom was functional.

Small but nice pool. The terrace is just in front of the pool, there were not many guests so it was calm, I don't know if it would be the same during high season. The studio is big, bed is big and confortable. Kitchen is well equipped to cook quick meals. They offer water, a bottle of wine and a small bottle of Rakia. The staff is very friendly and helping. It is located a bit out of the center but it's not far at all (lots of stairs but that's Sitia :)) very close to the port so it's easy if you're taking the ferry. If you come with the bus in the middle of the day with lots of bags I would suggest to find a taxi :)

The sink was in the bedroom and the a/c was not very efficient because of the "wall" that separates the bedroom from the other (let's say) room.

Porto Kaza is absolutely wonderful :) The appartment was very clean and had all the facilities needed, including hair dryer and safe. The location is quiet, but only a few minutes walk from the center of Sitia. The hosts are charming!

Isabela was three nicest host one could wish for. Timely communication, reception, etc was top notch. However, she went beyond that and was an excellent concierge as well - derailed guidance to the area, restaurants to choose, sights not to miss. Maybe the best reception / concierge experience ever

The access roads - but then again, this is a tiny speck on a fantastic experience
