the unit has no electricity!!! the staff or the owner of the unit didn’t check if there’s sufficient amount to make the electricity run and supply energy during our stay. we needed to pay or load our own electricity just to be able to sleep that night. also instead of relaxing my father has to go out of his way to pay for the electricity. how disappointing!

Nothing honestly

The property is dirty. The first thing I noticed was the glass dining table, it wasn’t wiped clean. Rugs around the house are filthy! The toilet bowl is heavily dirty and stained. It looks like it wasn’t cleaned for a long time. The bathroom is dirty, tiles and grouting is yellow and stained. The bathroom mat is terrible and should be replaced and you will be able to smell it! The sink is also dirty as well as the mirror. Tried to look for a kettle to heat up water for our coffee but there wasn’t any and when I opened the kitchen cabinet underneath, the smell is too bad. We didn’t end up using the whole kitchen. The pillow case is ripped. Towels are old and almost turning brown. The whole house’s smell is yucky which is the result of not getting cleaned. The property being old and used is not an excuse for being dirty. I told and showed Hannah, the care taker’s assistant about my comments. She said that maybe the unit was not cleaned after the last occupants left. It must have been inspected and ensured cleaned and ready for next. She said she will get it deep cleaned. Hopefully it will, for the sake of the next renter. I have uploaded some photos for reference. Can upload one per area, please don’t mind where I put it, e.g sink tap is at the outside photo spot. One more comment, since the tower is close to the South Express Way, expect the noise.

I was staying in Manila at my house I share with my wife and son and my son's Nanny. The weather was so hot that I decided we needed a swimming pool. I absolutely loved this apartment and the pools. I ended up staying at this location for 2 weeks in various apartments because each day we left I decided to return the next day it was that good.

The owner haven't told us that the pool is not available on that day.

Could have been a nice condo but wasn’t good maintained...dirty dishes, towels with a bad smell, cockroaches found in cabinets and on walls in the evening, hair all over, damage flooring, and we didn’t get the room we booked right away, staff put us in a room with no confort at all the first hours
