The apartment is located exactly in the middle of different clusters of tourist sights. It is very clean and spacious. There is a big supermarket and a good Spanish restaurant directly opposite to the house. The kind hostess organized a very uncomplicated contactless check-in. It was a great stay in Casasblanca!

There are a lot of high stairs to climb. Fortunately it was not a big problem for our ages.

We had a perfect stay at this property. Even though we didn't meet with the host in-person, check-in was very smooth. The host is very responsive and straightforward. Everything worked as advertised and we found it especially convenient that you can access the apartment with a code instead of keys.

The apartment on the third floor and the building is pretty tall considering the heil ceilings of each apartment. There's no elevator, or at least no functioning elevator. If you have a lot of luggage, make sure to get some help. Otherwise it's a healthy exercise to take the stairs each time.

The apartment is clean and spacious. facilities provided are good and complete. The host is helpful despite has just gave birth.

I wish the information about the location of the apartment is on the 3rd floor was there in booking.com page. If we knew it earlier, we could have plan our luggages better. We have to pay for someone to help carry our bags up the stairs and bring the luggages down ourself because no one is available to help us on sunday morning.

Lovely apartment in a central location. Very responsive and helpful host. Cool view and a great building. Very much an ordinary neighborhood where you can feel a part of everyday life, but a short walk to central shopping etc.

The street it is on is under construction to put in light rail, so getting there and getting picked up can be messy. The staircase is long (ceilings are high)

Nice place. Large room, equipped dryer and washing machine. The host was kind too. You can go to the casa port station with 10 morrocan money. The place was perfect :)

There are small ants in the bathroom. I cannot find them in another room but just let you know.

If you are a Booking.com & Trip Advisor user, then more than likely you will have read the many reviews on Appartement Haussmannien before making a reservation.  I don't want to repeat all the positive comments from other reviewers but only confirm that they are all correct!  The Appartement Haussmannien is one of the best apartments I have stayed at in over 10 years of travels using Booking.com. It has all the facilities expected, very clean and extremely comfortable and for my group of 6, the 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms were ideal! The large screen TV lounge & balcony were ideal for relaxing and the fully-equipped kitchen proved invaluable in our attempts at "cooking a tagine"!! Nearby local shops for fresh bread and "tagine ingredients" also an unexpected bonus! Location ideal for visiting the Hassan 2 Mosque (10 minutes by taxi) and the central Mohammed V Square just a short 10 minutes stroll away! Beware of the "taxi sharks" outside Casa Voyageurs Station! Too avoid these "touts" walk a few hundred metres to the main road where "normal priced taxis" can be hailed or jump on the tram outside the station for a few dirhams, alight at Mohammed V Square and then a short 10 minute walk following Google Maps will bring you to the apartment!  In fact, after our mosque visit (definitely a "must see" for non Muslims!) it was only an hours stroll through the Old Medina and Mohammed V Square back to the apartment!  Many thanks to the host (Sofia) who kept in touch before and during our visit - nothing too much trouble and I would definitely recommend Appartement Haussmannien if you intend to stay in Casablanca whether it's for a few days or longer!

Our family loved the architecture, high ceilings, beautiful floor, and spacious rooms. The large-screen TV with online connectivity was an extra bonus.
