It was so close to grand lake entrance for going into the RMNP. Beautiful condo. Tons of seeping
Room and easy to get to places.
There was no ac in the building. It was miserably hot the week we went. I looked at the booking ad and no where it says that there was no ac. I had two small children who could not sleep or get comfortable at night. Had to leave a day early because we just couldn’t do it anymore.

Communication prior to the stay required more time and information, with 4 contributing reservation parties, than any other booking I have ever made.
