Settle, refreshing- good food - the chef is out of this world we enjoy our meals. She is good her culinary skills are above the board and she made our stay a memorable one

I would like that the change thier beds and put long curtains because you are able to see people from outside . The bed was not comfortable And if they can work on the water mixer in the bathroom for cold and warm. Good Good

Water , location and they were clean

Good location. Not too central, not too far either. Very welcoming and competent staff. Lilian, the chef, was very personable and made my partner feel at home. The food was delicious and the bar and pool area were enjoyable. The property itself stands out in the city. Very stylish and a solid execution of the urban, industrial aesthetic. Great water pressure, felt very safe.

- The unit was a loft with a staircase to the bedroom. One of the stairs was twice the height of all the others. My partner and I almost tripped multiple times. This was quite dangerous and the owners should seriously consider fixing it, as someone will definitely get hurt eventually. The smooth tiles don't help either - The bottom floor toilet door did not close unless it was locked, due to misalignment of the door and the door frame. Minor nuisance but chips away from the sense of quality - The sliding door to the shower upstairs was not properly set, and so was very difficult to slide over. At times it felt like it was going to fall over - Lack of curtains or blinds. The unit has front windows that look out onto the street, which is no more than 5 meters away (with a short fence with electric wiring in between). The windows aren't polarized, and so you can clearly see through to the outside, and the people outside can clearly see you. This makes it difficult to truly relax and let your guard down, as you're constantly worried about whether people outside can see you or your property and whether that poses a risk. We didn't have any incidents and the people on the street did not seem interested in the building - The front door was partially glass and one of the glass panes was broken. We asked the receptionist if she could tape something over it. She agreed, but shortly after knocked off without doing it - The pool area has smooth tiles, which become very slippery when wet. A bit of a hazard

Of the two customer service ladies in the office, Mutale is memorable for her attempts to be present and respond promptly to all our concerns!! Not sure if she is the owner but she clearly understands the business. If it weren't for her hospitality I would have made a big deal of everything that went wrong during our stay. The maids are also excellent! very pleasant and always offering help.

The exterior of the property and the pictures of the internet looks very attractive but no inside maintenance. I did not care for the "steep" stairs!! Something off about the stairs, kept tripping!!! We had a lot of things go wrong for the only two days we stayed there. Air conditioning system needed updates or paid up before visitors arrived. Rains were a concern!! kept mopping floors to prevent falls during the night? Beddings got soaked while we were sleeping, did not understand how that happened or happens!!! needs immediate attention!! With all those issues no maid service overnight. It was very difficult to get anyone to answer their phone system.

the design and hospitality. it was such a peaceful stay in a safe and calm area.

There was a bad smell in the bathroom even after opening the window. It wasn't very clean. House keeping needs ensure the sheets are spread nicely
