It is centrally located in a safe neighborhood that made it very easy to get to all landmarks. there are also tons of great restaurants within minutes of the property. The apartment was impeccably clean and had great views of the acropolis from the rooftop. the pictures don’t do it justice. it’s a big space, comfy bed and stocked with all amenities like a luxury hotel (bathrobes, slippers, fresh towels, water bottles, etc) My favorite part was the hostess - she made sure everything was perfect and went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The value for money was great and I would 100% stay here again while in Athens.

I like everything specially the host. Eleni provided everything we needs. She prepared some food, snacks, fruits, drinks. It was a nice touch. Excellent location. Safe and quiet and not far from everything. We will definitely book again when we go back to Athen.

As shown in the photos I was impressed with the pictures of the Acropolis.

Unfortunately, there were several things that were a bit surprising & uncomfortable when we arrived. 1. Upon meeting our host as we walked in the door we were hushed…told we were only allowed to whisper while coming in & out of Apt. 2. The stairs can be a little tiring for some. (3 flights & extra for balcony) 3. The bathroom had no wall mount for the shower head so it was very uncomfortable/dangerous taking a shower. It is dated & you have to stand in the tub (slippery). 4. The ambience on the upper balcony was non existent. Perhaps some new furniture can makes things more welcoming & comfortable. I’m addition the balcony on the Apt floor was also sparse & the view was of demolished apt. It wasn’t the most ideal place to sit & relax. 5. Also this property doesn’t offer much help with transfer arrangements so keep that in mind. And even though there was a list provided of local restaurants I didn’t feel like the host really gave good local tips. 6. Last, but not least…the 😭location. I heard good things about the district but honestly, it was quite a chore to travel to the other places. Too many taxi rides. If I could redo my Athens trip I would chose Plaka or Psiri.

That how you get a 10! The location is scenic, with amazing view of the acropolis. Perfect please to relax after a day at the city or for you morning coffee. The place is completely clean and tidy. The host was super nice and welcoming. The breakfast was fresh and the coffee was great (Thanks! We bought some to take back home with us).

Very nice apartment in a very good location in Athens. Eleni takes care of every little detail, the bed is very comfortable and everything is super clean. On top of that, the views from the rooftop are amazing and the neighborhood is really cool. Highly recommended!

Host was accommodating in every way. We enjoyed the private terrace with a great nighttime view of the Parthenon. location is on the quieter side of the Acropolis but close to restaurants and other visitor needs.

The room was clean and spacious and the was bed comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet. Eleni, our hostess was friendly and helpful. She prepared a lovely breakfast for us after a long day of travel. Excellent patio.

The apartment's in a great location, very close to the historical center and at the same time it's on a quiet and peaceful street. There are a lot of wonderful restaurants nearby. The apartment's well furnished, a d has got two terraces with gorgeous views. The hostess was very accommodating, she'd help us with any question we had. The fridge was stocked, the apartment was spotless, and the Wi-Fi had a good signal. I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone who's visiting Athens.

We had a very nice stay at the apartment. Eleni is a great host she was very kind and treated us really well . She even made a delicious breakfast for us . The apartment is very nice and comfortable and crystal clean . The roof terrace with a view of the Acropolis and Lycabethos hill is an extra treat a lovely place to have breakfast in the morning .

For travelers looking for a local Greek experience in a typical Athenian quiet (bonus for light sleepers) neighborhood away from tourist crowds and yet located 15 mins away by foot from main attractions, Eleni's suite will certainly meet your expectations if not exceed them. I arrived late evening from the port after a "bumpy" ferry ride, Eleni guided me until I got to the doorsteps of her building and greeted me in person to ensure i was well settled by giving a tour of the suite with all amenities, tips & recommendations about her neighborhood. Here are the reasons why I will select this location next time I travel to Athens: - Suite is located on the 3rd floor of a building in a very quiet neighborhood, fully furnished with appliances, it is spacious well equipped with literally everything i.e. coffee makers, fridge is full of drinks, bread, eggs, home made marmalades, olives, fruits and other healthy snacks & Greek delights. - Suite is impeccably kept, level of cleanliness will exceed the OCD clean-freak in you (you know who you are!) - A couple of local grocery markets are found around the corner along with bus stop, metro, bars, yoga studio, cafes and restaurants 2 streets down. - Internet access is excellent compared to other hotels I've stayed at where the connection at best is choppy: I was able to stream Netflix and other social media platforms without a glitch and conduct video chats with no interruptions -The hostess: Eleni is a true testament to what Greek hospitality is all about, warm and engaging! Accessible she went out of her way to ensure i was comfortable and didn't need anything: I felt at home, safe, knowing someone was looking out for me. She truly cares about her guests and makes them feel like family. All in all this is a redo experience without a shadow of a doubt.

Eleni and her excellent and attentive service. The fridge was stocked with complimentary food and drink, we were served complimentary drinks and a healthy platter on the roof terrace on arrival and she cleaned the apartment every day. Eleni also gave us great advice on local services, getting about and entertainment. It's an excellent location, quiet, but close to the major tourist attractions and a lively local neighbourhood. The apartment is well-appointed and spacious with a pleasant balcony the full width for sitting out.

The location and especially the host of the property, Eleni, were absolutely fantastic! Eleni was so kind, welcoming, and very accommodating! Despite us being far from home, she made us feel right at home in Athens :)

You are only allowed 2 or 3 lines here and that's nowhere near enough to describe what we all liked, the location, the appartement itself and how clean and well kept it was, the great view from the roof terras... but foremost the ability of the wonderful host to make you feel welcome from the moment you check in. Enjoying breakfast on the roof terras in the early morning sun, drinking a glass of wine on the balcony in the evening and giving your feet a rest on the cool and very clean tiles during the hot afternoon... all in all a great stay. We will come back here when going to Athens again and I think that compliment says it all.

The host was fantastic, incredibly attentive and welcoming. The stay was great all the way through. We began our stay with complementary freshly prepared seasonal strawberry juice, Greek coffee and local pastries, we enjoyed these on the roof in the with views of the acropolis. We ended the stay having had our baggage securely stored until our evening flight and having been also offered a late check out.

execeptional service, extremly clean, close to Acropoli (10 minutes by foot) very nice neighbourhood with a lot of good restos ans bars.

This is a perfect 10, highly recommended. Bright, spacious, squeaky-clean apartment. Located in a quiet neighborhood very close to Plaka, Acropolis and 5 min walk from the Metro Fix station. The host had everything that is needed for a pleasant stay (bottled water, wine, homemade jams, crackers, cheese, bread, and all necessities). There is a cosy roof top with easy access with a table where you relax and enjoy stunning views to Acropolis and other Athens landmarks.

Spacious apartment with a rooftop section where you can see the acropolis. Short walk to the main sites of ancient greece. Eleni looked after us very well , she carried 20kg bags up stairs for us, has a lot of free food for her guests and ordered taxis from reputable company when we needed them. Anything you need she will help you with.
