Perfect for a family vacation that is Disney themed! Disney is everywhere!!!! It is not as close to the park as I thought it would be but it was clean and comfortable. Perfect for kids and girlfriends!

The condo was in a great location and as pictured stated. Beautiful condo and near enough and far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando itself! Definitely will be a repeat vacation spot! Look forward to next time!

The condo was very clean and the listing was quite accurate. Within 20 mins to any park. The bedrooms stayed pretty warm during our stay but the fans were nice.

The condo is exactly as described. It is beautifully decorated with the Disney theme and easily slept 7 adults. The owner is easy to work with and is very responsive. We would definitely recommend this property to others and would stay here again.

We were visiting Florida from MN. We had a party of 5 adults and one child, 3 years old. We loved the Disney Theme and the close location to Disney. The home is also conveniently located near several restaurants and shopping. The only downfall I might add, is the pool. We were gone all day until around 8:30-9:00pm, and the pool was closed by the time we returned to the property . We did finally get to take a quick dip the last night we were there. Although, I got the feeling that the residences didn’t like us vacationers too much. Kind of awkward. But the home was inviting and clean! Loved it! I would definitely recommend as a great place to stay!

We had a family wedding in Orlando, so we had three adult couples stay. Great, clean place for us to gather together! Our kids did Universal studio and were able to Uber easily to this location. Provided everything we needed for our short stay! Thanks

We came to Orlando for a soccer competition and a small vacation. The townhouse was perfect for us (especially the washer and dryer). It had plenty of space for 5 adults and the location was perfect.

Very nice space for families visiting the Orlando area. Plenty of space for our group of 4 kids and 4 adults after long days in the parks. The kids enjoyed the large tub in the master bath!

My family and I stayed here while visiting the parks in Orlando. Or party consisted of 4 adults and 3 kids. Condo had plenty of room for everyone. Clean, comfortable, and close to all parks. Communication was great. Would definately stay again.

Allen was easy to communicate with. Answered all my questions and even was able to mail back. My son switch that was left behind. The place is amazing easy to get in and out of very secured and very clean. We were so happy with our stay

Communication from owner great from beginning to end. Came for the Volleyball AAU tournament at Orlando Conference Center. The drive back and fourth was the only negative for the stay. Took 30 minutes to go less than 10 miles to get to OCC. The rental was clean and had everything you could want or need during your stay. Sam’s Club being a few blocks away came in handy. Many restaurants around and Congo Golf was one of our go to stops. Played mini-golf there multiple times during stay.

Excellent location to all that Orlando has to offer. Plenty of room to spread out and rest after a long day at the parks. Amenities aplenty! Even the cabinet knobs were Disney. We did a scavenger hunt with all the little additions to each room. Will be sure to stay again!

The first thing you notice is the secure feeling. The unit is in a gated community and has keyless entry so there is no chance of key "sharing". Next the unit itself is perfrct. Start with the wall-to-wall Disney decore and you'll think your at the park already. The four bedrooms and three full baths made it perfect for our six adults and one child to be totally comfortable (especially since my wife and I got the master suite!). The living, dining an kitchen spce were not massive but very comfortable and functional. The kitchen had all the appliances you could want, flatware, pots, pans and cooking utensils. With a screened in patio that overlooked the lake and about a 4 minute walk to the pool, tennis court, fitness center and palyground this unit filled in all of our needs. Bonus, only about 25 miutes from MCO and 20 - 30 minutes with light traffic to all the Disney parks, Disney Springs and Unversal Studios. Here's a food tip, try Martins BBQ, it's about 1.5 miles on US 192 West, turn right off Seven Dwarfs Lane. Delicious Latin food and the owner came out explained all the food options and really engaged our 5 year old granddaughter (add this to your area restaurant reccomendations). All-in-all we had a great week and it was in large part due to the fact that our accommodations were so comfortable and centrally located. Thanks you from the entire family!

This place was amazing. Super clean. Very Disney decorative. Close to everything we needed. Loved all the bathrooms and space in the home. The pool was just a short walk around the buildings. Just remember to pack a sleep mask. The Florida sun will wake you up way before your alarm does!

The property was clean and spacious. Great assortment of kitchen utensils if you are planning on cooking. Many indoor board games and a very nice pool area within a three minute walk. The property owner was VERY responsive as well. I think it would make a great place for a family, or group, of six!

The property was exactly as mentioned in the description. It was very clean and had all the amenities needed. The only down side was there were very noisy neighbors that were talking loudly, running around outside and blasting loud music very late so my son and daughter in law who were in the downstairs bedroom didn’t get much sleep. We ordered food from the pizza place in the rental book- yummy! We also didn’t have a vehicle the first night so we had Target deliver our order. Excellent rental- we would definitely come back again!

We had 4 adults and 4 children and stayed 3 nights. Wish is could have been longer. The property was very clean and well stocked with both bathroom and kitchen necessities which made the stay very comfortable. We overlooked turning the AC down the first night so the upstairs bedrooms got very warm but once we figured that out, it was a very pleasant stay. Gate entry went smoothly. Would recommend for sure.

We loved this condo. However it appeared to be located in a homestead community. Wasn’t very comfortable with that; we would have preferred to stay in a strictly vacationing community, but that doesn’t take away from the fact that it was very clean and accommodating. If you need it, everything you have in your home is provided. Since most of our time was in the condo relaxing, the channels on the TV was limited and the TV itself was very difficult to operate. Not as simple as turning off, on and searching through the guide.
