Located in Hanmer Springs, this attractive house for $183 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Welcome to No. 9 Devon Street, a modern, comfortable, warm home which is ideally suited for your next relaxing break away or holiday in wonderful Hanmer Springs. Minimum 2 night stay but please make an enquiry if you would like a 1 night stay, we may be able to accept. Our home is best suited to family groups (4 adults, 4 children) and offers you: •3 bedrooms, sleeps 8 (1x king, 1 x queen, 4 x single - bunks suitable for children only) •2 bathrooms (2 x showers, 1 x bath) •2 toilets •Open plan living area •LCD TV, Sky connection, DVD player and stereo •Comfortable leather lounge suite •Designer kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher •Extensive range of kitchen utensils •Log burner (wood supplied) •Night store heater and panel heaters (in bedrooms) •Separate laundry with dryer •Portacot, high chair, electric blankets, blankets, duvets, pillows, bathmats, tea towels, cleaning products (sheets are not supplied but can be hired) •BBQ and outdoor furniture Wi-fi is not provided in our home and the single garage is not available currently, it's being used for storage. Sit back, relax and enjoy panoramic views to the mountains from this quiet location. The town centre is just an 8-10 minute walk from our home and offers you the famous thermal pools and spa, and a variety of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. Hanmer Springs is also a haven for activity and adventure, including mountain biking, forest walks, skiing, flying, jet boating, golf (a 3 minute walk from our home), quad biking and much, much more. Hanmer Springs has something for everyone, any time of the year, so what are you waiting for, book your next holiday accommodation with us. Tenants are required to clean our home upon departure however we do offer an optional cleaning service (excluding bed making and dishwashing). The cost of this service is $100. Minimum 3 night stay on holiday weekends i.e. Canterbury Anniversary etc. We have an age restriction of 20+ years on all members of group bookings, other than family groups. Special conditions: Minimum 3 night stay long weekends - Queens Birthday, Canterbury Anniversary, Waitangi, Easter. NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Bring your own linen (towels/sheets)

This is a lovely cosy house to stay in summer or winter. Very clean and heaps of toys for children. No need to take anything except food because this house has it all.

Lovely property, well equipped, walked to pools, we had hot northwest weather for 5 days . So sleeping with younger children a bit of challenging with no aircon. But don’t let this put you off if you are happy to sleep with windows open. Will return again.

We absolutely loved our stay. The home was super comfortable (great beds, great shower) and was super spacious which was handy for 4 adults and a busy toddler. The bunk beds were a hit with our daughter! Fantastic location close to everything.

Great holiday home, awesome for families. Portacot and high chair provided. Kids loved the toy box and books. Bring black out blinds if your children are used to sleeping in a dark room.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was sundrenched, so warm and inviting. We stayed in early spring. The kitchen was fully resourced with all we could wish for which made preparing meals easy. Would stay agin.

Great stay at this lovely property. Was just like being at home. We didnt need to utilize the fire as it was lovely and warm. Was close enough to everything but far enough away that it was peaceful. Perfect place to rest your head at night after long busy days exploring. Will definitely stay again. Thank you so much

We had a lovely stay in Hanmer at this house - it was close to town (2-min drive), quiet, spacious and warm with the heaters and fireplace. The facilities were great and it felt like a home away from home. Sky TV and a laundry were a big bonus. The only negative was the linen - which was dumped inside the front door. We had to make our own beds - but there were no fitted sheets. The bed sheets given did not fit the beds properly. We made do, but I feel like they should have fit properly and been made for us. I'd stay here again.

Absolutely loved this property. Great location, wonderful warm house with everything you could possibly need, we were only there for the night but disappointed we couldnt stay for longer, will definitely book again in the future for a longer period in the near future. Thankyou for having us 💖

Fantastic location 10-15 minute walk to Hanmer, house is very warm with lots of heating options and great fire. The kitchen is large with lots of pots, pans, cutlery and crockery. Beds comfy, good covered outdoor area, house clean and tidy. Would definately stay here again.

The house was very nice. But disappointed there was no mention of paying extra for sheets until after it was booked. And at $20 per bed it was cheeper to purchase sheets. Not a cost we where expecting. The dishwasher was full of dishes from the previous guests, so house was not checked before we stayed.

Our stay at this property was wonderful. Value for money, a great pay out for 2 families to share, beautifully presented warm and quiet home. Heather has been a lovely host throughout our booking, stay and post stay communication. We can’t wait to visit again and look forward to making this our go to Hanmer property!

We enjoyed our stay in this new-feeling house with its mountain view. Sadly the snow we hoped for didn’t arrive, but the house was clean and comfortable, and not far from the hot pools.

Loved the space, roomy lounge with an awesome kitchen so great for a family or group. Nice linen. Beautiful and clean. We plan to stay again but we should of asked for a later checkout as 10am you basically get up and pack and clean but might be worth the $100 cleaning fee to have a relaxing morning especially if its a special occasion or a short stay. Thanks again

Kitchen was well equipped (but only salt, pepper). Place was spacious, bedrooms good. No wi-fi. Heaters in bedrooms were good. We only stayed one night but it would be a good place to stay longer.
