Nice quiet location which is close to town & Irish Marina. Roomy driveway for boat trailer and two cars. Large kitchen and nice table for dining inside, picnic table on deck for dining outside. Full size washer and dryer off of kitchen. Loved our stay!

We enjoyed our stay for the week. The house is a great location on a quiet street with a quick walk to all the shops, restaurants and harbor. There was plenty of space and the beds were very comfy. Sarah was quick to respond to any questions during our stay. I would love to see the addition of a BBQ grill and a firepit to the very large backyard. We would stay here again!

Perfect Location!
Although the home needs some sprucing up and updating it met the needs for our family. It was spacious and the location was perfect for walking downtown and to the beach.

Great house with a perfect location!
Super cute house with a big backyard. Was very clean with washer and dryer. Had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be a couple extra blankets and pillows. About a 10 minute walk to downtown where all the festivities are. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a good stay. On a very quiet street close to all of the things you would want to do in Charlevoix. House was clean and had everything we needed. Could use a few more updates - kitchen and bathrooms are a bit dated. Overall a good home base for us as we did things in the general area. We didn't spend much time there during the day. We'd drive to a near by beach or another town in the area and then come back to clean up and walk into town for dinner. Would be a good "overflow" house for people in Charlevoix who need more beds for guests. Property manager was great to deal with. No problems of issues during our stay.

Conveniently Located. Still needs some attention.
The property is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown. It looks as if there have been recent renovations/improvements including some of the flooring, newer beds and living room furnishings. Bathrooms and kitchen were well equipped. The home is old and definitely needs a deep clean on the cabinets, walls, and ceilings. All very fixable with a little TLC.
It is quite dark due to all of the trees; I would suggest removing a couple to allow for some more natural light.
Overall the home is great for a family looking for somewhere to land in between their northern Michigan adventures.
