Located in Metung, this attractive condo for $183 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. A fully self-contained studio apartment located in the heart of Metung. With its filtered lake view, luxurious bathroom and well-appointed kitchen, Glan-y-mor offers you a place to relax and unwind in the beautiful environment of the Gippsland Lakes. This boutique accommodation, built in 2017, is located just 400 metres from the village cafes and hotel. This private space is peaceful and relaxing with a sunny north-facing deck. The bird life is amazing. You can relax in the generous bath and soak up the ambience of this beautiful location. The studio has a king size bed. The kitchen is appointed with a cook-top, dishwasher, cappuccino machine and microwave. The BBQ on the private north-facing deck sets the scene. We do not have an oven. Metung is a quiet coastal village surrounded on two sides by water. It has beautiful walks and offers a rarely found peaceful environment. Metung Hot Springs is a five minute drive away. The General Store in Metung provides essentials and there is a launderette in town. Bairnsdale is a 30 minute drive to the west and Lakes Entrance is about 20 minutes to the east. Both towns provide all facilities such as supermarkets, banks, etc. The Gippsland Lakes are East Gippsland's Riviera. With over 420 square kilometres of inland waterways, fishing and boating are key activities. The Lakes offer a beautiful environment with abundant birdlife and natural attractions such as the Ninety Mile Beach and several National Parks. Metung has a golf course. Metung is just a two hour drive from Dinner Plains and Mt Hotham via Omeo and the beautiful high plains.

We recently stayed at Glan-y-mor Studio in Metung, Victoria, and it was absolutely lovely! The attention to detail was evident with tasteful furnishings and delightful extras like bath salts, organic hand wash and lotion as well as a welcome pack of goodies. It was just a short walk away from the village, so we could easily explore the nearby shops and cafes whenever we wanted. Andrew and Annette are warm and welcoming hosts, and whilst we didn’t see them very much they ensured our needs were met with genuine care and hospitality. The property is exceptionally clean and has a the well-appointed kitchen so it's easy to self-cater. If you're looking for a peaceful escape surrounded by nature, this is a great spot. I can't wait to come back and do it all over again!

We both loved the peaceful location and the studio is very well fitted out. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom is well presented. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and thank both Andrew and Annette for providing a very clean and satisfying stay.

A very well presented studio with thoughtful touches such as breakfast items, freshly ground coffee etc provided. Metung is a peaceful place to stay with good coffee places and cafes. Enjoyed Chez Joe’s great food and friendly service.

Just a fabulous spot to stay in Metung. Walking distance into the heart of town while being positioned in a little bushland street. Our hosts stocked the property very generously (which we didn't expect) which made for a great breakfast and a lovely evening drink on the deck. Highly recommended.

A gorgeous studio apartment in a relaxed, safe & peaceful setting. The double-glazed floor to ceiling windows made the studio light, airy & spacious inside. Andrew & Annette were very friendly & gave great advice as to where to go/what to see. Would definitely recommend to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Glan-y-mor studio in Metung. From the moment we walked in the door, we knew we had chosen the right place for our little getaway. Everything was beautifully presented, from the furnishings to the decor and all the little touches were so appreciated. A generous breakfast including bacon & eggs, a great (easy to operate) coffee machine plus delicious freshly ground coffee, a good selection of different teas, spreads & condiments - everything had been thought of. The location was perfect - only 400 mtrs to town which is great for walking out for breakfast or dinner. Our favourite thing was the generous sized bath - a really nice treat to relax in at the end of the day. Everything was super clean & comfortable - we can't recommend this place highly enough. Thank you Andy & Annette, we can't wait to come back!!

We had a fantastic stay in this property, the host is super friendly. Every small details in the property is just perfect, complimentary eggs, bacon and bread have been provided in the fridge, fresh grind coffee is ready for you to brew in the kitchen, the heater was on when we arrived... This place is perfect for couple to get away! Highly recommended!! By the way, just before we checked out, the host Andy recommended a restaurant nearby, so we went there for lunch, and that restaurant was one the BEST places we ever visited! Thank you so much Andy.

This property is beautiful and the facilities and interior are of a high quality. The huge windows let in so much light that it almost feels like you are outside. This was one of the loveliest properties I have stayed in. The host Andrew was very helpful and was quick to respond. Little essentials and touches were provided ensuring that the feel special.

A luxurious yet homely feel with breakfast items ready to cook in the fridge, a few beverages and chocolates. Great location close to shops and restaurants. Owners very friendly and gave us suggestions for eating out. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back soon.

Nothing was any trouble, great communication. Facilities were impeccable and a very high standard. They added extra luxury by supplying goodies that they didn't have to, like having fresh milk, bacon, eggs, bread and more. Even turn on lights and or heated towel rail so our towels were nice and warm to use straight away.

The studio is fitted out and furnished to the highest standard and was beautifully presented. The special touches from the host from a coffee machine, milk and bread, to a pantry stocked with every necessity you could want, some beer and wine in the fridge and even Easter Eggs- all complimentary. Andy and Annette really go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The location is brilliant from glimpses of Bancroft Bay to the short walk to town, and the Metung Hotel you can put the car away once you have arrived. I have stayed in many studios and this is definitely at the top of my list. I will definitely be back soon. James and Debbi

Absolutely beautiful accommodation in a great tranquil location and easy short walk to the main strip. Breakfast supplies aplenty and a lot of thought went into providing absolutely everything you could ask for, even the bug spray.
