Located in the Turtle Bay Area, it's very close to beaches (about a 5 minute walk), golf coarse, and some amazing restaurants. This location is at the end of the North Shore stretch known as the "seven mile miracle" of beaches, renowned for their beauty, world class surfing, snorkel, great fishing spots, and swimming for people of all ages! Guests can enjoy an afternoon of fun-filled beach activities and later watch the sunset from the pool-bar at turtle bay, while also watching some of the best surfers in the world. And beyond to the East is a beautiful drive along the ocean with views of the breathtaking Koʻolau Mountain Range. Experience the best of both worlds, while also enjoying a quiet, family friendly neighborhood! This 1 bedroom + Loft, 2.5 bathrooms is located in the most pristine area of the condominium complex! It is a second floor unit with no other units on top, making it very quiet and peaceful for you. As you can see in the photos this beautiful condo has a breathtaking view of the world famous Fazio Golf Course and faces the Pacific Ocean. Imagine yourself having breakfast on the lanai, while listening to the birds and feeling a pleasant sea breeze. The condo features a full kitchen, equipped with everything you should need during your stay. Downstairs, there is the master bedroom with a king size bed, and master bathroom. There's also a full bathroom, and dining area + living room common area, as well as an outdoor porch. Upstairs, there is an open loft with two full size beds. We have two foldout futons for extra guests, if needed. There is AC throughout the condo, as well as wifi. All linens are provided, as well as beach towels. We also provide some beach equipment for you to enjoy- beach chairs, boogie boards, and a cooler! Most importantly, we also provide you with the local knowledge to make the most out of your time here!! Inside our condominium complex, there are tennis courts and a beautiful swimming pool close by. The only negative would be the noisy birds outside!!

Great location and very clean. No pillowcases or sheets for the futon mattress that we just laid on the floor. The sliding glass door was extremely difficult it open and close and the screen door kept falling off. Everything else was perfect!!! We would go back!!

This condo was adorable and perfect for our stay at the North Shore. Supplies were fully stock and washing/dryer were great. We will definitely be staying here whenever we visit Oahu again.

Beautiful condo with a heated pool and complimentary coffee! Close proximity to Shark's Cove, dole plantation, Polynesian Center, beach, and many restaurants in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

The unit was nicely renovated, clean and well appointed. The overall location on Oahu was beautiful. We especially enjoyed watching the sunset from the Turtle Bay Resort. There was AC as highlighted in the listing which drew me in when booking. In the Livingroom is a mini-split. In the bedroom, which is down a hall from the Livingroom, is a window type AC unit behind shutters and in the loft a portable AC unit vented to the outside. The noise level in the sleeping spaces associated with blowing air and the units cycling on/off (which is normal for these types of AC units) may be higher than what some guests are used to when compared with central air or a full mini-split system.

Very well maintained and equipped condo unit. Friendly area. People at Resort very welcoming when we went there for some meals and events. North Shore has many interesting beaches and other things to visit. When we were in Honolulu and people asked if we were staying there they were impressed when we said no we were staying on the North Shore and that it was their favorite place on the island. Scenery on all of Oahu awe inspiring. Our first trip to Hawaii and loved it. So many great beaches no matter where we were.

My family’s stay here was amazing! The condo is walkable to the beach and turtle bay resort. Super close to great beaches and everything the north shore has to offer. The pictures matched the unit and our family of 6 adults had more than enough room and everything was comfortable and clean. We appreciated all of the beach equipment that was available! Would highly recommend!

Stayed for one week with my parents. The location was perfect for us, 10 minute walk to the beach. Condo overlooks the golf course which has a walking path. The entire condo is IMMACULATE and very well organized. We would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic time at this property. It was in immaculate condition and we were so comfortable there. It had a great pool for the kids and was an easy walk to the beach. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone and would also book again for our next trip to Oahu.

My family and I stayed at this Kuilima Estates condo for a week. Everything looks exactly like the photos - clean, comfortable and cool. We used the kitchen and appliances every day, and enjoyed playing games on the coffee table. There was plenty of room for four of us, and I could see a family of 6 still having plenty of space. The location is just down the street (walking distance, if you like) to the Turtle Bay public beach, which we enjoyed several times. Emily and her team were extremely responsive to any and all of our questions. Highly Recommend!!

We couldn’t have had a better trip for our family of five. The condo was cute with plenty of room for us. My husband and I slept in the master bedroom, my two teenage girls easily shared a bed upstairs and my teenage son had his own bed upstairs. Loved our mornings on the deck facing the quiet golf course and listening to the birds. Plenty of snorkel gear, boogie boards and a cooler made our trips to the beach perfect. Thank you!

We had the BEST time here; it was a perfect home base for our family for the few short days we stayed on the North Shore. The location was perfect and the condo had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Loved being able to walk the trails close to the condo! Emily was super responsive when we had questions!

We highly recommend this property! 1. Great location: easy north shore towns access plus Turtle Bay access -walk to the cove and restaurants with parking at the unit! 2. Great amenities: boogie boards, cooler, beach towels, laundry 3. Great unit quiet, beautifully decorated (local art was awesome), plenty of room for our family of 5 with comfy beds and bathrooms. 4. This property was perfect for our family. We loved the location on the North Shore. It was easy to find, and had everything we needed. The beach toys, and kitchen had everything we needed. Someone had put in their review that they left a muffin out and ants got into it so we brought zip lock bags for our counter top food just in case and had no problems at all. Washer and Dryer were fantastic. Didn't realize it would be so fun to do some laundry while on vacation. Definitely want to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is a convenient short walk to the Turtle Bay golf course’s pro shop and to the Turtle Bay resort. The kitchen had equipment and kitchenware we needed to make and enjoy a few nice meals. The house is clean with comfortable beds and thick luxurious towels. The boogie boards and water gear was a nice bonus.
