Great stay would definitely stay here again

Great location, clean.

Sheets on the bed in main bedroom were a size small on the bed and didn’t fit around mattress

Good location

Bed wasn’t very comfortable hated the idea that we had to gain and return the key in a different location ( very painful and it was clunky ) and there was blood on our quilt

We couldn’t open the door at first and needed to call.

The varification didn’t work on my phone and I don’t have another device… caused a lot of stress The mattress on the bed was quite uncomfortable with the springs.

Comfortable bed, good outlook across the city; kitchen had most things I needed,.

No staff on site that managed short-term stays;no key access on site; no luggage storage on site; shower floor very slippery when wet; train noise intrusive until very late at night;

Can do better.

Great location

Booked a 2 bedroom with sofa bed. Arrived no sofa bed and a single stained mattress with no linen. Contacted company at 3pm No response until 6pm suggesting we sleep on blankets as could not supply clean linen until the next day. Noting the person I spoke with was O/S. No follow up the next day Nothing Very Poor Customer Service Apartment right over rail yard so vey noisy. Finally they use another off site group you give your private details to and then pay $500 as a security deposit 14 days before and don’t receive it back until 7 days after. Hmmm whose making $$$ on this.

Great location but not that well kept.

Excellent apartment and in a very good location!

The furniture in the apartment is not in good condition, the bed is very uncomfortable and the cleaning is relatively good.

Perfect location for a last minute trip

Great location, only a short walk to Southbank, very comfortable in room, easy steps for checkin and checkout

The bed..I could feel the springs in the mattress. A suggestion maybe a comforter on top.

A short stay

Good location, easy to find, nice views, apartment size is good.

This has the most uncomfortable bed! We only slept in the apartment for one night out of a two night stay and went and checked in to alternate accommodation. Unfortunately Airtrip didnt seemed phased by this after we provided the feedback and made no attempt to resolve in any meaningful way.

Apartment was great but parking facilities (small car only, no 4WD) and linen for spare bed was not.

Cleanliness, neat and tidy, good condition.

Parking not suitable for 4wd, small car only, this needs to be specified for this apartment, no sheets for spare bed.

The bed and sofa were not very comfortable. The sofa also looked like it needed a good clean. The TV had 2 lines down the middle of the screen

Brilliant spot to spend a weekend exploring South Bank.

very central location, comfortable bed and excellent kitchen facilities, free wifi.

Having to go to a separate location to pick up the key. The kitchen could have had a few extras, water jug, salt & pepper.

it was on the trainline and you could not sit on balcony and have a conversation as a train passed

The apartment itself was great location great, would differently stay again if it was cleaned properly. just unfortunately they hole apartment needed a good bond clean , stains and marks all over walls and rug, cushions bathroom had mold on tiles beds had hair on them and oil and Grime on the back splash above oven. Was advised as having a flood out sofa bed but got a dirty mattress shuved behind the lounge with no sheets and blankets or pillows provided . I took photos to show if needed

the property was thoroughly unhygienic with dirty air vents, disgusting scuff boards, mold in the bathroom and on the drinking water tap head, the wifi dropped out every 4 minutes, there were marks all over the walls and light switches. there was no pool even tho it was advertised as having a pool & there was no second room which was also advertised.

Location great.

Key collection was really quick. Just had to collect & return key from a different location. Great they provide a video to show exactly where to get the keys. Plenty of soap, shampoo & conditioner provided. LocatIon great. Only got 1 key though, 2 would’ve made things easier.

We were told the room was clean & ready but it hadn’t been cleaned from the previous people. Left messages and waited a little for return call which was stressful. Got in the room just before 4pm after the room was cleaned. They were apologetic & easy to talk to which was nice & they offered a late checkout which we couldn’t use due to an early flight.

Superb

Location was excellent, close to GOMA, Fish lane, Southbank and West End. Overall apartment was great.

Bed was hard and springs. Needs a mattress topper.

I think i'll stick to hotels.

Location was good, reasonably close to everything on the south side.

So after following the instructions on how to get to our apartment, we were told to go to the lock box to collect keys. We saw mail boxes and we were not able to access any of them, nor did we know if this was where to find the keys. So i called a number from the email, they told me to call someone else. Upon calling them, they told me I had to take a 5 minute walk around a few blocks to find the hidden key in a locked box which the code was given.
