Dirty!!!! Would not recommend.

Very unclean but good views, fact that there is a laundry is also good.

This apartment was DIRTY. Walls, ceilings, benchtops, bathroom, glass - looked like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks. The only things that were somewhat clean were the toilet and bed. There was dust, crumbs and finger prints everywhere. The area also didn't feel very safe. Also, when calling the host, they sounded very drowsy and it was very hard to communicate.

Extremely unhappy. I nearly injured myself by sitting on a dining chair which was broken with 1 leg not secured. As for the other 3 chairs, they were also very unstable with loose legs. As for the couch, 1 leg was completely missing & the other leg diagonally opposite wasnt even attached, therefore couldmt even sit on the couch to watch TV. I also found someone elses hair in the second bedroom which made me wander if we were even provided new sheets ?! The bed in the master bedroom was made appallingly and sloppy. After a long day I would expect to be able to have full use of the apartment as thats what I paid for but unfortunately due to the poor furnishings & the bed situation it was hardly relaxing.

nice place in great location that could do with a more caring hand in management and cleaning

The location and view were incredible and the flat itself is nice and modern with free parking

The place had had a cursory clean but needs a deep clean- walls, doors, lounge had stains, some of the dining chairs broken and there was a slight smell in the bathroom (and some mould on the roof). There was No body wash in the shower or shampoo, conditioner and no milk (not even UHT milk)

The location was excellent, including the amazing view.

The carpet had a lot of hair, walls were covered in dust. The second bedroom bed was extremely uncomfortable, very poor mattress quality. The duvets were full of stains and hairs.

The location was great

The lounge was hard and uncomfortable, not enough seating for a family. The car park on B6 wreaked of mould. We had no cleaner come through for the whole stay and 1 set of towels.

a wonder place to stay great for couples and families restaurants cafes and public transport close by would recommend

close to Southbank and the city not even a 10 minute walk. apartment was clean and tidy beds were comfortable and a great view of city and around.

Not clean and not like photos

Location

Room was not clean there was other people's body wash etc in the unit and other products throughout the apartment. There was people's public hair in the shower and all over the floor of the room. Photos online are very much photo shopped nothing like the actual place.

Good location and easy, informative instructions for the check in process.

The room needs a deep clean, all of the skirting boards and walls are incredibly dirty and some of the linen was also dirty.

Was ok, glad my bed was comfortable.

The views were amazing. Two bedrooms and full kitchen

Couch and dining chairs not comfy. Rubbish behind cupboard in second bedroom. No lock on bathroom door. Bit dusty. Coffee station a bit shabby.

Location is great but apartment itself is horrible.

Close to everything.

Very unhygienic. Couch smell was horrible. Floors were not swept or mopped. Bed sheets were dirty and smell bad.

Convenient but a little more noisy than would have liked

Tidy and well set up, close to Southbank, easy to get in and out of building

Train line very close and kept me awake (double glazing would assist) at night & Tiny balcony Hand basin plug area had mould around it Noise from people coming and going from pool area as room close

Very comfortable stay in a great central location

This is an excellent location for the nearby attractions at Southbank, for the restaurants & cafes & Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre

The messaging service in the Booking App was not accessible while I was there, would not open messages hence I eventually had to ask the Office to message me directly. I was not receiving their messages when I needed to. Far better to get messages direct to me instead of via the App which failed in that regard

Owners need to be notified of condition of the apartment ,will not stay in this particular apartment

Location was great city view at night with all the lights was wonderfull

The kitchen table was broken The bedroom window latch was broken so could not fully lock window and traffic noise was an issue The windowless bedroom door needs attention also a knob missing from drawers Cleaners need to lift sofa seats to clean underneath as there were bottle top lids and other mess( I was not prepared to do this)

Great location

Location was great and easy access to everywhere. Great eateries nearby and close to supermarket.

We had 4 peopke staying in the unit and there was missing cutlery, no chopping board and no sweeping brush. Fans were dusty
