Situated in Talkeetna, this attractive house for $331 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. A lovely small home in the quaint town of Talkeetna Alaska. I started this project hoping to retire there but as we all know, things do change. I have spent the better part of 4 years building this home and trying to make it the best around. It offers 1 bedroom with a king sized bed, a sofa sleeper for 2, full kitchen, full bath with laundry and free wi-fi. There are plenty of activities in the area including Fishing, Hunting, Sightseeing, Hiking and Biking. Talkeetna's restaurants and pubs are some of the best around including Denali Brewing which is the second largest brewery in Alaska and only a 15 minute walk away from the house.

Jared’s immaculate and comfortable home was the perfect stopping point for us on our way to Denali. His house was easy to find. Didn’t have time to explore Talkeetna but looks fun.

Probably the nicest VRBO I’ve stayed in. Clean and extremely well stocked. They thought of everything! Full kitchen was super convenient, bathroom was great. Plenty of linens. Bonus pullout bed in the ottoman which we didn’t discover until our last day. Would stay here again if we come back to Talkeetna. Recommend Sheldon Air for Denali flight and Mile High Pizza, Burger Barn, Conscious Coffee, and Candy Breakfast for eating.

What an amazing rental! It was spotless, had every amenity you could imagine, and communication with the host was fantastic. This rental is located minutes from historic downtown Talkeetna. I would definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay here. Property is clean and has everything you might need. There is a king bed in the bedroom. It also has a queen sized and a twin sized sleeper sofa available for extra guests and plenty of extra linens. Blackout shades in all areas. Cannot think of anything else this place would need. There is even pump hand soaps at all sinks. Great stay!

Cabin was clean and good sized. We walked to to town for dinner and live music. Our two teens enjoyed not having to share a bed (pull out couch and hide a bed ottoman in living room). Private location in the woods. Will book again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay in the wonderful cabin in Talkeenta. It was very well appointed and comfortable. It was very conveniently located to quaint downtown Talkeetna. The owner, Jared, was quick to answer any questions and was very helpful. If we are ever in Talkeetna, AK we will definitely stay here again!

What a perfect cabin for our short stay in Talkeetna. The cabin was absolutely spotless and all the amenities you could ask for were there. The cabin itself was so cozy and homey. Wish we could of stayed a little longer.

This place was great with all the amenities we were looking for. Well stocked kitchen and clean, spacious rooms. We were comfortable the whole time. Bed was comfy and the shower water pressure was better than at home! Highly recommend.

This property is our favorite of all of the bookings we've had. It's extremely comfortable, we appreciated the spacious living room and great mattress. The house is immaculate and the appliances are new. We were very grateful for the use of a washer and dryer. It's well located and it's easy to get into town or head back out to Route 3. We recommend this property without hesitation.

We spent 3 night and loved it! The cabin is even better in person. So nice, clean and well stocked. Even has a washer/dryer. The king size bed is comfortable and the blinds block out the near constant light (for this time of year). Great place to stay to be close to Denali and to Anchorage. The town of Talkeetna is full of great food, shops and things to do. Jared was great and always responsive to my question. I would come back here for sure!

Had a great wked in Talkeetna and the Marlin house was a great place to stay. Cabin was clean, cozy, modern and had everything we needed! Especially enjoyed drinking coffee in the mornings and looking out the giant front windows. Was also great to be able to walk into town for dinner in the evenings, ride our bikes from the house and only a short distance to the ski trails. Would recommend to others and hope to return again soon.

Jared’s house was very warm and welcoming. It is very apparent that lots of time and attention to detail has been put into this property. The home was exactly as was described in the posting. I would definitely stay here again if I am back in Talkeetna.
