Spot a bit of the local Florida wildlife – turtles, armadillos and many wetland birds – or simply do a spot of fishing. Seasons is situated just off the 192 highway – so you're at the heart of the Central Florida tourist area. Disney World is less than ten minutes away. There are shops and restaurants within a two-minute drive and lots of entertainment possibilities on your doorstep including a local petting zoo, fabulous crazy golf, and the popular 'Medieval Times' themed dinner show. You are close to good road connections, so you can explore some of Central Florida's attractions further afield: Legoland, Sea World, International Drive, Busch Gardens and the Gulf and Atlantic coast beaches. We have a number of villas on the resort, so if you are travelling with others it is a great choice. Its location makes this villa absolutely perfect if this is your first visit to Orlando: it sets you right at the heart of the action while maintaining a peaceful resort setting. However, many of our guests come back to Seasons year after year because it is such a wonderful spot. PET FRIENDLY : This is a pet-friendly listing for pets who qualify. The house was very clean and the kids especially enjoyed the pool. It is conveniently located near Disney, grocery stores, restaurants etc. We liked that each king room had its own bathroom and that the neighborhood was quiet at night. Overall we had a great stay here.

No one told us that the air conditioning couldn't be set below 74. While first floor was okay the upstairs where most the bedrooms were terrible. We bought fans and ice to help cool it down but that only helped a little. Then there was the broken tv, the tvs that had no connections, the toilet that took forever to fill, the broken sliding back door that could have easily been pushed in which in turn wouldn't let us set the security system. The shower in the main floor was backed up and the refrigerator had a broken shelf. We reported these items and they told us a new shelf had been ordered, they did take care of the shower drain but no one fixed any of the reported tvs. They also knew about the sliding door and told us not to worry about setting the security system. As a token for not fixing the tvs they said we could have a discount on our next stay. There won't be a next stay. The house was clean, we only found one kicking roach. The bed were okay except they all made noise, lots of noise like sleeping on a air mattress noise. There was no way to get in or out of bed without everyone hearing it. The location was good, near everything and the neighborhood was good. But the heat, oh my it was so hot.

This is the perfect home if you’re traveling with multiple families or a bunch teenagers. There is 4 master bedrooms all with their own bathrooms and 2 kids rooms that use the community bathroom. Showers have never been easier!

We wanted to be close for our volunteer time at Give Kids The World, as well as central for our own activities. The home was perfect!! We did have issue with the Tv’s but were not there much to really care. Pool and outdoor space was perfect. Would come here again for sure!!

The house was comfortable with modern interior and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The beds were really comfortable and it was good having 4 king master bedrooms as everyone had their own personal space. This made it easier getting out the door for an early start at Disney. The pool deck was spacious and got the sun all day. When it did rain the covered patio provided shelter and this was a great space to play cards with the family.
Lisa was very responsive with providing us with information for a smooth and easy check in and check out. We had a fantastic family holiday and these memories will last a life time. Thank you again.

Near Disney theme parks, and great neighborhood. Walmart is 2 minutes drive, if that! Hot tub was wonderful and relaxing. It was needed after full on days at Disney. Modern home and perfect for large families.

The house is absolutely immaculate. It was very obvious that the owners and management team go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and at home. We had an amazing holiday and this rental played a big part in it. We look forward to doing it all over again soon!

Great Experience
We have stayed in a number of different homes over the years and this one overshadows the others. It is in a quiet neighborhood, is well equipped and maintained and offers everything stated on the website. Communication with Ellis Villas and management was great. We will be back.

House was exactly as advertised. The pool & hot tub were great. It was wonderful to have a hot tub that actually worked. This hot tub was how hot tubs should be. Fab location. Walmart less than 1 minute drive which made it convenient for us to replenish supplies as needed. This is our favorite rental property in this area! We will be back very soon.
