Located in Berrara, this lovely house for $209 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. 3 bedrooms - sleeps 8 - queen bed in main bedroom - other 2 bedrooms have a set of bunks and a single bed so sleep 3 in each of those 2 bedrooms. Please bring your own sheets , pillow cases and towels 1.5 bathrooms, open plan lounge, dining & kitchen - modern furnishings - fully applianced kitchen including dishwasher - powerful reverse cycle air conditioner that cools & heats whole house - 2 gas barbeques - washing machine & clothes dryer - overlooking child friendly reserve - easy 1minute walk to beach; no road to cross No schoolies groups accepted Activities Do as much or as little as you like. Stroll magnificent beaches, collect shells on rocky headlands, swim & surf in clear waters, play golf on local course, play tennis on court down road (we supply rackets & balls), waterski & sail on Swan Lake, canoe on Berrara Creek, bike ride or bush walk in adjoining state forests - OR - lay back on one of our deck lounges & read with a glass of wine - OR - do absolutely nothing & watch the ocean - relax & restore the batteries. Whilst you do nothing, children can play on reserve between house & ocean eg cricket - we supply bat, stumps & ball. Children's playground at end of reserve. Sussex Inlet is a veritable fisherman's paradise; beach, headland, reef or still waters of the Inlet or St Georges Basin, There is an aquatic swimming pool Locality & services Sussex Inlet is 30 minutes south of Nowra. 2 & 1/2 hour drive from Sydney. After Sutherland an easy drive mainly on freeway. Cudmirrah / Berrara are at the end of a peninsula surrounded by ocean & state forests; there is no through traffic. Sussex township has a large IGA shop, take-a-way food shops, hairdressers, hardware, fashion shops together with doctor dentist & pharmacy Sussex also has dining at the RSL and Bowling clubs & picture theatre

We enjoyed the ocean view and the peaceful breeze, holiday was very relaxing. Our kids liked the backyard and got to see kangaroos around the property. Beach is waking distance and bunk beds are nice and cozy for kids. the house was well decorated and clean, overall everything made our stay very comfortable. Definitely will go back again.

This property gave us everything we were looking for.
We wanted a getaway for my sons 13th Birthday with 3 of his friends. Everything at our doorstep. Areas where they could play cricket, kick a footy, explore the beach and the swan lake inlet. The property itself had everything we needed.
The owner obviously take pride in their property. BBQ was great, there are two but we only used one. The oven and kitchen facilities suited our needs and a self contained laundry made it very convenient to keep clothes clean and dry.
I would recommend this property for a short stay or several days!! Fabulous

great relaxing holiday house. minutes walk to the beach from the direct access. great and clean beach. nicely decorated house. very generously stocked from kitchen supplies to toiletries. personalised communication from the owners, Bob and Erica. Everything was made so you can just relax and enjoy your holiday.

Fantastic location and a very comfortable home make it so so easy to relax. Nothing but grass, and a few steps between you and the beach. The house has everything you need for your stay and our only problem was not being able to stay longer.

Couldn't ask for more
Erica made us feel welcome from the time we made the booking. She told us about the place, the beach and what to expect. She checked in as well right before the holiday to see if we needed anything - what a host! The place itself was so good. It had everything you could need:
- A large variety of board games (even some lego!!)
- Netflix on a large TV (Not some of the smaller ones you find)
- Direct access to the beach - about a 2 min walk down
- Right next to Swan Lake where we spent a day
- Great BBQ and equipment
- All the needed cutlery (plates, pans, sauces and spices, etc)
- Comfortable bed and sofa!
- Really clean inside and outside
- Laundry, dryer, dishwasher as well.
I would definitely want to come back her again, it was a very relaxing 2 nights!.

Warm, cozy and beautiful
Our family of four (My wife, two teenage children and myself) had a very short trip planned over the weekend of 11th Feb 2022, arrived late in the evening after an easy drive from Sydney, and found the keys as per Erica's phone conversation and the house was just right. The sound of the waves, with the sight of the ocean from the kitchen and bedroom was alluring, the beach is beautiful, perfect for enjoying a walk / run / swim without anyone else at all. Big shout out to Erica and Bob for sharing their beautiful, warm and cozy home.

Great location, comfortable and welcoming
Peaceful location. 100m to the beach, great for fishing and walks. Kangaroos in the reserve out the back.
Home was set up perfectly. Older property but with all the comforts. The personal touches by the host starting from communication to the actual stay was superb. The house is well equipped. Kids and adults alike had plenty to do or just chill regardless of weather. Would love to get back here. Thank you for allowing us to experience this part of the coast!

Just enjoyed a great couple of weeks. Thanks Bob and Erica for allowing us to experience such as great house and location. The place was impeccably clean with clear instructions on how to use all the facilities and the location is second to none with the beach at your back door and the reserve for some cricket or touch footy. I was desperate for a break after Covid and this place was great. Had everything we needed, was really clean, warm, well kept. Highly recommended. Best night sleep I've had in months.

Excellent Getaway
Watching Waves is in such a pristine location right next to the beach. The house itself was very well presented an catered for all of our needs for our stay. All of us had a really relaxing time and we will be back!
