This 1 bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, one sleeper sofa, and one Murphy bed. It features a balcony that faces west and offers partial slope views to the south. Vaulted ceilings throughout. Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The extra full bathroom is a great added convenience. There is slate at tile entryway and wood flooring throughout. It’s ideally located in River Run Village so you’re steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities and a walking distance to tge high-speed gondola. Red Hawk Lodge offers shared amenities including an outdoor pool and two hot tubs. The entryway has slate tile, mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has a flat screen TV mounted above a gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Near the living area is a Murphy bed that can be pulled out from the wall at night for additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The homeowner has also provided a Blu-ray player and board games for your enjoyment. The balcony is just off of the living area. Take in the fresh mountain air and enjoy the partial slope views off to the south. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four. The first of two full bathrooms is located just off of the living area and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV and a Blu-ray player. There is a built-in bench that offers storage and a place to take in the views. Location to River Run Village and gondola was just what we were looking for. This unit fit our family of three perfectly. We really appreciated the Murphy Bed for our teenage son. Very comfortable with all the amenities we were looking for. The property management company provided detailed instructions prior to arrival and everything was clearly communicated. For the most part the unit was clean and well maintained, but could use a good scrub. There was food on the walls next to the dining table and thick dust behind the bed.Also, the hot water was luke warm in the master shower however both sinks had hot water. It seems the cartridge for the shower needs replacing. The lukewarm shower was disappointing, however the other bathroom shower did have hot water. This was a minor inconvenience and would not prevent us from renting this unit again as everything else was so nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back some day. Thank you!

Great location. It worked great for my family of 6. Loved being able to cook breakfast in the morning before we ventured out for the day.

This is a nice complex but there is no AC for summer visits. This is usually no big deal in this area, but for some reason, the 5th floor of this building is unusually hot. When we arrived at 9pm, it was 85 degrees in our room. We didn’t sleep at all the first night of course and then continued to fight the heat the rest of our stay. Daytime room temps were 80 degrees with fans blasting and we’d hit about 70 degrees in there by 11pm.

Two nights so that a great old friend and I could grab a few more turns at the Legend before season's end. This fab little condo provided everything we needed and more. Plenty of space for us, decently provisioned kitchen for our breakfast. We made nightly use of the hot tub, steam sauna and the gas grill. Perfectly located. Very comfortable. Would go back in a second. Thanks all!!! Made our getaway unforgettable.

It was not the best experience. We had no hot water or heat for 2 1/2 days. The unit floors were not clean. Had a dirty wash rag hanging up with the clean towels. Several lights with burned out bulbs and broken towel rack in bathroom.

Nice penthouse location in great location near main Gondola. Unfortunately we misplaceded the room key and it was a mile walk each way in snow boots to get a replacement. Completely my fault but the supposedly hidden spare key wasn't in the lock box per thier plan. I tried to get them to bring a spare, but they claim they didn't have anyone to run key. Nice comfortable beds and enjoyed gas logs. Master TV wasn't hooked up properly, unable to use.

This condo is located overlooking the new Keystone development project. There is major construction noise and inconvenience with getting in/out of the parking garage all week long. This will be going on until 2024. The property management company was responsive to a couple of requests I had, but their rental guide is 130+ pages long! And there was no ToC, so couldn't even find a topic you were looking for.

Was told by summit management that we would have to park second vehicle off property at $60.00 a night! We went to a keystone resort employee and got a parking pass for the out side lot at no charge! At no time during our stay was the the garage or lot even close to full so I don’t see what the issue is! Makes me wonder if they don’t own the paid parking! Will book through keystone from now on for no hassle on a second vehicle! We have booked through keystone the 3 previous times and never had a Issue with parking! Other than this issue no problems at all! If you only have one vehicle by all means book through summit!

There is no instruction on how to work the TV's. Just four different remote controls in both the living and bedrooms, but no instuctions.

Being a native from Colorado I understand that enjoying our mountains are pricy BUT if you are going to charge 500+ not even 24 hours the furniture should not be ragged and the table shouldnt be scratched and the dishes should be a little more useable.
