Great apartment, excellent location and super value for money.

Lovely breakfast light apartment in an old traditional building. The location was great, with lots of places to eat and have a drink within a couple of minutes walk. We were met at reception, given two sets of keys, a map. All very helpful, and good restaurant recommendations. Booked a taxi for us on departure and allowed us to leave bags in the apartment.

The only thing I could say is that the pillows were a little soft and an extra one would have been helpful, but that is a personal preference.

Planning to arrive late at night and host was complaining we should have arrived earlier ; the property should be able to welcome guests at any time of the day and night!

This is an unique, beautiful and comfortable facility in the center of the old city.

I had been there before when I investigated properties to use in a tour of Andelusia which I led. I loved this place and decided to spend the $$$$ this time because my stay in Jerez was a sentimental journey. The antiquity of the entry, the gorgeous lobby and the actual apartment were as lovely as I remembered. The location is terrific in that it is in the middle of everything in the old part of the city. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped. The bathroom also was modern though there was not much hot water for a shower or tub.

The apartment was very noisy as it looked onto the street below which was VERY very noisy, although the window shutters deadened this by a large percent. The main problem was that, unless I knocked at the manager's private door, there was never anyone there to ask questions or solve problems. I did have an emergency and knocked, the manager was very very helpful and competent, but I believe that there should be a statement or a telephone in the lobby or some way other than knocking on an apartment door to contact the manager. It was also stated that the manager was only available in that way after 6pm. The absence of a concierge could have been abated by a telephone in the lobby with a sign about the hours when the manager would be in attendance. We had a power outage that took out all electricity for more than a half day. I was unable to work (I'm a writer) and had to go to a cafe. There was no accommodation made for this inconvenience.

fantastic welcome from the staff who were really helpful. lovely spacious and well appointed apartment in a great location at the heart of Jerez

the apartment was not as comfortable as it could have been and perhaps lacked character compared to the beautiful entrance hall.

Very nice and clean apartment in the middle of the city. The house, decoration and furniture gave us the feeling as to live in a palace! The hosts were very kind. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked a third night.

A bright, clean, attractive apartment in an excellent location for exploring Jerez

The location and apartment were excellent, very convenient to good restaurants and local attractions. Arrival was well-organised and there were welcoming gifts of sherry and bottled water. Our apartment had a sizeable balcony overlooking the lively pedestrianised square and a large, private terrace. The accommodation was bright, well furnished, clean and attractive, and the bed was very comfortable. Nearby carparks are large and affordable.

Arriving by car is not easy because of the pedestrianised streets.

Great find in Jerez!

The building is beautiful, the room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, and the price was good. Great location in the center of Jerez! We also enjoyed using the common space patio on the roof.
