Situated in Tías, this attractive villa for $239 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. A modern luxury three-bedroom villa with two bathrooms accommodating up to six people. Spacious open plan living area leading out to the pool terrace. Villa Chic is situated within the cosy Canarian village of Tias. The villa is modern, with a contemporary style to it. Tastefully decorated to a high standard with 3 double bedrooms. 2 bedrooms with king size double beds, and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with sliding doors that lead directly to pool area. The kitchen is nicely equipped with marble surfaces throughout. Open dining area with nice modern Rattan furniture, with capacity of 6 people, combined with a spacious airy lounge. FREE WIFI, UK TV system, with many uk channels, DVD and dvd movies available, 50 inch flat screen TV, Iphone/Ipod doc. The terrace area is furnished with stylish Rattan furniture, a big parasol, BBQ and comfortable cushioned sun beds. Large private heated swimming pool (8 x 4 meters). This modern and stylish villa is suitable for couples or families that require an unique holiday. New Golf 18 - hole golf course: Just 2 minutes from the villa is a brand new 18 hole golf course. Another golfing option for the variation is the golf course situated in Costa Teguise, a 15 minute car journey away. Outside dining area: The terrace area is furnished with stylish Rattan garden furniture, a large parasol and BBQ, comfortable cushioned sun beds for 6 people. A private large heated swimming pool 28 ft, excellent for swimming. The terrace and pool area is very private and receives all day sun. Distances: Villa Chic is just a short walk to the cosy village of Tias, where you will find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, tapas bars, chemist, banks and local bakeries. In the village centre you will also find the taxi rank and the bus stops for the new local Tias bus, which takes you to Puerto del Carmen for only 1 euro, or a 5 min. drive away. Car is recommended to see the island, but not essential.

This villa was within easy walking distance to the local town of Tias and the pool was fantastic!
Good bus links to Puerto del Carmen
However, the villa was slightly dated and tired (in particular the showers need full refurbishment)
There is no air conditioning and the fans supplied were dated and faulty and could do with replacing
Finding the villa at night in the dark was difficult due to poor signage and address issues

We had a great stay at Mandy and Thomas' in Tias. The villa was beautiful, well equipped with all the amenities we could need, and perfect for some nights in with the BBQ.
The pool was particularly nice, a great temperature and the perfect place to chill.
Tias is a quiet but charming village, with a large supermarket and a smaller shop inside the petrol station around the corner. Getting to places was also super cheap, and quick. We spent days at Costa Teguise (20 mins) down to Puerto Calero (10 mins), our favourite dinner spot.
We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone wanting to stay arms length away from the hustle and bustle of Puerto Del Carmen

Very easy to find and park your vehicle. Less than a 10 min drive to Puerto del Carmen.
A few bars & restaurants within walking distance (5mins). A large Hiperdino also a 5 min walk.

Great holiday, enjoyed every second of it. Located in a quiet road, peaceful location, quiet neighbours. Secluded pool which is not overlooked.
Excellent bakery and shops and fuel station nearby. Short drive or taxi ride from the airport. Lots of parking avaliable outside.

This is the third time we have stayed at this property. There is everything there that you need and the pool is very welcome on hot days. The area is very clean and quiet and Tias is a quaint little town albeit a bit of a climb from the property. We had a lovely holiday, and just as the saying goes, just what the doctor ordered!!

Located 5mins drive from puerta del Carmen and 8/10 mins from Puerto de Calero. Location gives a good starting point for exploration to all the island.

This was our second visit to Villa Chic and it was as good as last time. The villa is in a great location within a short walk of the shops and restaurants (uphill) or if you’re in need of something urgent, the petrol station across the road has a little shop which stocks most things. The only thing we didn’t realise is that there were no pool towels provided - something to remember for our next visit

Villa lovely size and fairly modern looking. Fairly clean apart from behind the tv and internet table which were very dusty. Nice little town 10 minutes up a fairly steep hill. Everything you would need on a daily basis is there. Bus routes and Taxi service very good and can take you to busier more tourist like destinations if thats what you want. Tias is not really a tourist place but thats what we wanted. The pool is a great size for swimming but would not recommend if you have small children or non swimmers as its quite deep. Also if you have mobility problems you would not find it easy to get in and out as you only have a 3 step pool ladder there are no steps grafually into it. I would not call this a luxury villa. The bed in the main room although comfy is frayed underneath and even the bigger sheets we requested still didnt fit properly which was annoying as the corners kept coming off. The rim of the pool is quite black and needs a good scrub. The sofa has holes in it and outside there are many cracked tiles and where tje sunbeds are kept all the wall is crumbling on the floor which doesnt look very nice. The rest if the furniture, bedrooms, bathrooms etc are all fairly basic so you wouldnt call this a luxury villa. We booked for a month and because it was described as luxury we were disappointed. The pool is only heated to 24 degrees. In our experience it should be at least 28/29 to make getting in more comfortable. Nice villa but not luxury.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Villa was excellent, communication was great. No issues at all. Location is ideal. We had the most wonderful stay, our first time to Lanzarote and this home definitely contributed to our enjoyment. Thank you for having us!

A great base for exploring the island away from the very busy centres. Easy access to main routes and to Puerto del Carmen’s many facilities.
Tias is a nice, quiet town and has a feel of being less touristy with pleasant service in the shops and restaurants close by, including a popular bakery.
The villa itself is very private and well-screened with a good-sized pool. Well-equipped and plenty big enough for 6 there was just the 2 of us. The large glass panels allow in lots of light but the sliding screens help limit the heat through the day. There’s no aircon but there were a couple of welcome electric fans supplied.
Big TV with UK channels and enough sitting/ lounging space.
We were more than happy with our choice and will bookmark it for future use.

I’ve just returned from a 10 night stay in this villa and can’t wait to return, the villa and location was perfect, 5 minutes walk into Tias where you’ll find a nice bakery, supermarket, a couple of bars and a fantastic tapas restaurant, if you’re after a lively night out Carmen is only 5 minutes in a taxi.
In summary the villa had everything we could possibly need for a very comfortable stay and a brilliant holiday. Thank you. 😁

Very much an adult villa, due to swimming pool being 1.65mtrs deep.
Some small issues , but nothing that affected our stay.

Myself and a friend stayed here for 7 nights, we enjoyed the spacious villa and the pool, however it was very windy in Tias and so we did not get to use the pool as much as we had wanted. Mandy was a good host and easy to communicate with. The villa was in a good location and nice neighbourhood. Overall we had an enjoyable stay.

Another lovely stay
Our 2nd visit to the villa and was just as good as our first. Absolutely no complaints and we can’t wait to comeback again. Great location with shops/restaurants/supermarket a short walk away and the garage nearby which is ideal for fresh rolls and other goods. Pool was a lovely temperature which was cleaned twice a week and was used everyday. Just need to workout when we can visit again. Hopefully very soon!

A perfect private getaway
Villa Chic was perfect for us. We loved the privacy, we used the bbq most days(I make amazing burgers!) and the pool was wonderful for swimming and cooling off on hot days. I cooked every night(Lidl prices in PDC are so cheap)and the kitchen had everything you could need, including a fabulous wok. The bed was really comfortable and we loved walking out on to the pool terrace in the mornings. We enjoyed the walk to Puerta del Carmen(downhill) and got a taxi back. Local shops and the garage have everything you need too. And it’s close to the airport. We had a fantastic stay and will return soon.

A few hiccups to start with which Mandy, owner, dealt with really swiftly. The villa is in the quieter town of Tias which has a good selection of nice restaurants, a supermarket, chemist etc. The villa itself is a good size with a pool. It is unfortunately located just in front of a car wash which can be a little noisy at times. My only criticism is that it is a little tired in areas and could do with a bit of a refurb - however that being said it was perfectly comfortable, and a good base to be able to explore the island from.

Villa Chic is a lovely villa in an area which means it is easy to explore the area. Hiring a car is essential to see the best of Lanzarote. We didn't meet the Villa manager but the clear information we were sent prior to our stay meant that this was not necessary plus being Covid friendly. The description of the villa is very accurate and everything was well maintained. We had a great stay.

Re-arranged booking from 2020, easily done with direct conversations with owner.
Accommodation was great for all who stayed, well equipped, pool was great and cleaned 4 times in 2 weeks.
Peaceful location, petrol station across road was useful for small shopping items and getting taxis into nearby Puerto del Carmen, fare around 7 Euros.
Minor issues were quickly resolved, with owners and local representatives all very helpful.
Would recommend this accommodation and would stay again in the future without hesitation.

Enjoyed our stay at Villa Chic, great location short uphill walk to local cafes, bars and restaurants. Tias is a lovely Spanish town with lots to see. The villa has a super pool, the pool is deep but great for swimming, patio sunny all day and very private. The villa is very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. I like to cook whilst on holiday I felt the kitchen could do with a refreshing of equipment provided and providing a dishwasher. The bedrooms can get hot but fans are available. Plastic glasses and plates would be good for outside use. It was great to get in the Villa at 2pm and have until 11 am to leave on the departure day.

This Villa and pool is totally private. Villa has a very modern feel. Pool area is a lovely sun trap, but if you want shade you can have that too on other side of the building. Centre of village is a 10 min. walk. Hassall was there an arrival and was wonderful.
Only downside is pool doesn't have a shallow end.

Beautiful villa, Hazel was very helpful and cleaned the villa to a high standard half way through our holiday as we were staying for longer than a week. Tías is a lovely area,there’s a garage over the road for essentials and a supermarket in Tías,as well as places to eat within walking distance . Would definitely book again.

Enjoyed our stay and had a great time. Pool is fantastic.
Tías is a lovely small town. Recommend eating at all the places in town. Bakery is lovely. La Ermina and Luna Nueva particularly impressed with the food and how accommodating and friendly the staff are.
Only small recommendation would be plastic glasses for around the pool and improved fans for the rooms as was warm at night.

Lovely villa in a quiet area.
Had a lovely relaxing holiday at villa chic. Owners were fab from start to finish with booking experience. Their Manger Hazel was also lovely and very helpful. Would definitely reccomend this villa to others looking for a quiet relaxing holiday. Costs just under 10 euros for a taxi ride into the busier town of Puerto del Carmen where there is more restaurants and bars.

The villa had everything you need for a completely relaxing and enjoyable holiday in a great location. Walking distance from shops to stock up with groceries and only a short taxi ride from Puerto del Carmen where the nightlife is. Found Tias to be a very nice place to stay with a decent choice of restaurants. Absolutely no negatives to mention about the property or location.

Wonderful villa in great location
We had a fabulous stay in December 18 as a family of 4. The villa is located in a residential street just a walk away from the gorgeous town of tias. We loved walking into the town for restaurants and shops - supermarket and wonderful tapas and the most wonderful bakery. The villa is beautifully maintained with doors opening up onto the pool from every side of the villa. It is modern, very clean and has everything you could need. The pool man came one morning to clean the pool area which was great and the pool loungers were lovely with comfy cushions. The owners even left us a basket with wine and tea etc which was really lovely. It really was perfect!
