Short stay that went well; the condo was more than roomy with a very good view. Chirping smoke alarm in Resort was annoying but bearable. Good place to stay and great location.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this property in Madeira Beach, and while my experience had its ups and downs, overall, it was a decent stay.
Upon arriving at the property, it was evident that it was frequently rented out. Unfortunately, this resulted in a slightly worn feeling throughout the condo. From the balcony railing to the doors and closets, everything seemed to show signs of use. Despite this, the condo complex itself was pleasantly quiet, offering a peaceful retreat during our vacation.
One of the main drawbacks of the property was the state of some of its amenities. The dishwasher was outdated and had an annoying leak, which made meal cleanup a bit of a hassle. Additionally, we noticed a minor leak in the shower, which required some extra attention to avoid any water damage.
On the upside, the beds were comfortable and provided a good night's rest after a day of beach activities and exploration. The location of the condo was undoubtedly the highlight of the stay; it was conveniently situated right across the street from Madeira Beach, offering easy access to the sandy shores and beautiful sunsets.
While some of the amenities left something to be desired, the property owner was responsive and attentive to our concerns. They promptly addressed the issues we brought to their attention, which was a plus.

We have stayed in a lot of properties via VRBO, this one is at the bottom of our list. Unit was old and dirty. The toilet seat didn’t fit the toilet, the base boards were filthy and the floor was dirty. There was no deadbolt on the door so it didn’t feel very safe. The umbrellas at the pool were torn and need replaced. The walls are thin, we could hear everything from the unit above us and next to us.

The description of condo accurate! Clean, comfortable and we didn’t need anything that was not provided in the condo. Loved our marina view. Beach directly across street. Walking distance to St. John Pass. Do beware that you only get 1 parking pass for 1 vehicle only. Plan accordingly. This is a beautiful area with lots of fun beaches to explore.

Overall nice property. Great view! Saw several dolphins from the balcony! You cannot beat the location of any property at Madeira Bay & we have stayed at several. This is just feedback for improvement, and not meant to be critical at all…the clothes hangers were mostly child size. I went and bought adult hangers and left them there for future guests. Also it would be nice to leave a handsoap pump in the kitchen and bathroom. But we went and bought some, so it was not a big deal. It was very clean & nicely decorated. Thank you.

Located an easy walk to restaurants, cafe, desserts and John’s Pass. Parking was difficult when coming home at night but we managed to get a last spot. Loved watching the fish and pelicans at night with a submerged light in the inlet below the balcony. DVD rental was great, a free Redbox located about a mile away but not inconvenient. Mattress was amazing, going to buy same onefor home. Excellent short walk to beach and condo had some nice beach chairs available. Our first time in Miadiera Beach was perfect thanks to this sweet condo! Just bring some earplugs in case you get newlywed neighbors.

El apartamento es muy amplio y el lugar muy limpio, muy conveniente con parqueo y ascensor, el acceso a la playa esta al cruzar la calle y realment a pocos minutos a pie de John Pass y otros lugares. La vista desde la propiedad es muy hermosa y nos acomodamos muy bien para un grupo de seis personas, hay un sofá cama muy comodo en la sala. El único punto es que el apartamento tiene un solo baño lo cual es un inconveniente si se viaja en grupo.

Paper thin walls
Condo was nice but the building had paper thin construction. Every noise from the hall and rooms above and below could be heard not ideal for sleeping or relaxing. We booked for 6 people and only had pillows and linens/towels for 4 contacted management and issue was corrected for the most part.

Had a good time and a good view. Place was as advertised and would stay again. If I have one critique, it's that a ceiling fan in the master would be awesome. Well only because I'm used to one. Lol! Great time and thank you!!

Close to beach and John's pass action, but laidback and chill with a nice marina view. Beach items (chairs, etc) were nice. I would like to see a keurig instead of a regular coffee pot and some more supplies, such as laundry det, spices, and pots (only one). Overall excellent stay and will return.

Relaxing End of our Road Trip
This was our last stop to relax after our long road trip with our 4 kids. It was the perfect location— close walking distance to the beach, only .3 of a mile to John’s Pass which has a boardwalk with many shops, restaurants and bars. We would definitely visit again!

Perfect Retreat
Excellent property. Great view of boats and wildlife. Saw a manatee out our window and plenty of birds. Washed a crabber and enjoyed looking at the large boats. Right across the street from the beach. Walking distance to nightlife and restaurants. Great bed, beach chairs, beach towels. Had everything we needed. Bring your own coffee scoop. ;)

Everything was good until we went to bed. The pillow cases or pillows not sure which one, but they stunk so bad, I had to put a towel over them to be able to sleep

Perfect location
Propert is located 2 blocks from John’s pass. Walking distance to coffee shops, beach access across the street and restaurants. You don’t need a car. Condo was cozy and clean. It was exactly how it’s described in the listing. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay in this unit! It’s right across the street from the beach, and has the most stunning bay view from the balcony. The king bed is extremely comfortable, making for a great nights sleep! Everything was extremely clean and we had no issues whatsoever with our stay, we will be back again!

Very nice location. Apartment is the the right size for a family of 4. Very convenient, walking distance from the John pass and the beach.
Negative: beach had thousands of dead fish due to red tide. Very unhealthy to go there and the city did not clean , it was sad we had to go to a another beach were the city is actually cleaning.
