Ottimo soggiorno a 2 passi dal centro

Posizione centralissima a 5 min a piedi dalle attrazioni principali e 15 dal fiume con la zona carina per la sera. È anche a 5 min dallo Street Food Market ...favoloso!!! Stanza moderna con ogni comfort. La nostra non grandissima ma ok per 2 notti. Piscina al nono piano molto suggestiva e rilassante con vista particolare. Purtroppo solo 4 lettini .... (lo spazio è ridottissimo). Colazione non particolarmente adatta agli occidentali... ma tutto buonissimo! Staff super disponibile e gentile

Magari qualcosa di più intercontinentale per la colazione! 😁

Au calme, bien situé et très bon petit déjeuner

Belle chambre, personnel très sympathique et dévoué, petit déjeuner copieux et très varié. Nous sommes arrivés dans la matinée et le personnel a tout fait pour que nous puissions récupérer notre chambre rapidement, nous avons pu l'avoir une heure plus tôt.

Decent stay in a good location

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The TV had Netflix which is convenient if you have an account. The hotel was in a really good location for sightseeing and super convenient for Grab pick ups if using them. The pool was refreshing and there was always space to sit around the pool on a lounger or at a table.

The room was so small that I couldn’t open my suitcase without putting it on the bed. I didn’t like that the shower was open with just a 3/4 length shower curtain - the bathroom floor got really wet. The air con turned off in the middle of the night and it was uncomfortable but I find this happens in most hotels.

Lovely quiet hotel, great location.

The location was good for walking to the Independence Palace, and it is close to Saigon Zoo (great for our 4 year old). The food available in house was good and the breakfast had plenty of options from western (eggs, pancakes, toast) and asian (noodles, salad). The breakfast options changed daily and despite the busy breakfast mornings there was always plenty of food in the buffet. Great restaurant in walking distance, Pizza & Bia. Airport transfers are organised by the hotel. The hotel room was lovely and quiet. The staff were very friendly especially to our little one. The swimming pool area had only a few seats but we were never left without at least one being available to us.

The towels next to the pool would regularly be gone and not checked on for a while. The bathroom had a window that looked into the bedroom which is not great when you are staying with your family. There was a blind that we could pull down. There was also a full length window next to the toilet which again we kept the blind down for the time we were there.

Tout ! Merci pour le service du personnel ! L’emplacement bien proche de tous les sites intéressants de la ville (maximum 20’ à pied) et assez éloigné pour le calme agréable le soir.

Excellent hotel! Very happy with our stay there

We particularly liked the person who helped us with our luggage on the day we arrived. He helped us with any questions that we had about how to get to places there ie good places to eat, shopping places. He went above and beyond his job description. He is one of the reasons(besides the excellent buffet selections) why we will choose the same hotel when we go back to Vietnam in the future

One male front desk employee who checked us in was not as nice as everyone there. He easily gets irritated when my husband asked questions

Wyjątkowo uprzejmy personel, urozmaicone smaczne i obfite śniadania. Dobra lokalizacja - 10 min pieszo do ścisłego centrum nocnego życia .

A Great stay at Orchid Saigon Hotel

Orchids Saigon is a great Hotel. Well appointed , comfortable rooms. Quite centrally located to all the sights. Good sumptuous breakfast. We got many Vegetarian options. Helpful staff. We had a memorable and comfortable stay.

Das Frühstück ist bemerkenswert. Es wird im Erdgeschoß in Büffettform serviert. Es ist gut organisiert. Insgesamt wirkt das Haus ruhig. Das Personal ist gut geschult und im Service perfekt.

Die Flure sind nicht durchgehend klimatisiert. Im Aufzug schon.

Lovely hotel, perfect location for city attractions, good prices, would stay again absolutely

Staff were friendly and professional. breakfast was nice, omelettes were delicious. Rooms, spacious clean and comfortable. would stay here again on return to Vietnam

Overall a very good stay.

Check in and check out went smoothly. room-card tap in the elevator selecting your floor automatically.

The closing time of the breakfast, it would be nice if that is prolonged with 1 hour. complimentary water bottles are very small.

Would stay again

The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and modern. Staff were friendly. Would stay again.

We had to wait to get a table at breakfast and it was loud as there were a lot of people in a small room and music was playing loudly.

Very good option to stay in Saigon

The location is great, very close to everything in a walking distance. Rooms are really pretty and lots of them have a nice view of Saigon. Staff is friendly and happy to help.

A bit pricey compared to other hotels but I guess cause we booked during NYE. Swimming pool looks larger in photos but is smaller. Rooms are pretty with nice view but a bit small especially if you have big luggage. Breakfast could have had more options considering is a 4 star hotel and the staff to be more reactive with refills.

Good Hotel for a Saigon trip

The hotel was good for a couple of nights to visit Saigon. The staff was very friendly. They also catered nicely vegetarian and vegan food for breakfast for us. Very good location, just a short walk to the city center.

Something the Hotel can not control: When we stayed here (around christmas) there was very loud annoying music from a venue close by. Luckily, not later than 11pm, but if one morning also between 6 and 7 am. That was the only thing we didn't like.

Excellent.

Room and staff were exceptionally nice for hotels with the similar prices in Ho Chi Minh City.

Ventilation in the bathroom did not work for some reasons so it smelled badly after shower. Apart from this I had an excellent stay.

Gutes Hotel

Saubere und große Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, für jeden etwas dabei, Eier, Brot, Marmeladen, Obst, und asiatische Gerichte, sehr gute Lage damit man viel zu Fuß besichtigen kann.

Im Badezimmer war anders als auf den Bildern eine Badewanne, Pool war sehr kalt,

Hotel jest piękny , wygodny, personel wspaniały i bardzo pomocny. Podanie zimnych napojów podczas rejestracji w hotelu, było bardzo miłe i w dodatku przeniesiono nas do lepszego pokoju niż zarezerwowaliśmy. Śniadanie było pyszne, a wybór ogromny.
