Location

Good location, close to all attractions with Walking Street just around the corner, so far enough away not to hear all the noise.

Everything fine. I would recommend the Suites if staying

Location of the the hotel is good as it was at the heart of everything.

The beds are hard and noisy like it was going to break .the room that I had was noisy from noise of stomping from above and beside hotel wall bagging sound.

truly a great hotel for those not requiring top end accommodations

well located, friendly and responsive staff. adjacent to great coffee and food shops. staff very helpful to accommodate us. very good breakfasts! room 601 has great lighting!

some room windows dont close tighly so sound may leak in a bit. moving from 3rd to 6th floor helped. staff very helpful to accommodate us

perfect location. near to the tourist area and also the bus station. spacious room. Of the many hotels that I’ve stayed, the fridge in this hotel actually works! The drinks I put inside are cold! happy! nice water pressure.

the safety box isn’t fixed / mounted to the wall. in this case, it serves no purpose at all.

the rooms are looking tired , hinges on wardrobes broken , no tea or coffee in the room

the location

the room doesn’t correspond to the pictures and is not clean + poor condition. water was leaking from the ceiling (no A/C) in the bathroom and in the room so meaning there must be infiltrations in the building. we asked the staff to change room because it was actually leaking on the bed but the hotel was full so they told us we could change room on the 2nd night. but on the 2nd night they said they were full too so we had to stay in the same room. we asked for compensations but they just offered to pay for the taxi on our way back to the airport.

Bed and pillow were very comfy. Room was spacious. Loved the anti slip mat on the bathtub which provides added safety for elderly.

1. Dining area on level 1 was very small. Insufficient sitting space to accommodate full capacity guests. 2. Expected more from the breakfast. Pho and bread. Replenishment of food at the counter and clearing of used plates from tables were slow. Perhaps because it was manned by only 2 staff. 3. Would be good if bath mats were provided to dry feets when exiting the bathtub. Prevents floor from being wet.

Location was excellent room was adequate

Hotel organised airport pick up and didn’t turn up. The overnight reception man was asleep on the reception lounge everyday. And just stayed asleep while people were coming and going.
