Situated in Quarteira, this attractive villa for $1,397 per night is a great option for your next break. This is a spacious 5-bedroom villa located at “the village” urbanization, between Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and Almancil. Less than a km away from great household restaurant names and just 5 minutes away from the nearby resorts and the local beaches. It is decorated tastefully and in a comfortable way with everything you will need for a great family holiday. In total, there are 5 en-suite bedrooms, all with air conditioning. 6 bathrooms, 8 beds where a maximum of 10 persons can sleep. The bedrooms are distributed as follow: • Ground Floor – super king bed – private bathroom with shower • Ground Floor – super king bed – private bathroom with shower • 1st Floor – super king bed – private bathroom with shower • 1st Floor – super king bed – private bathroom with shower • 1st Floor – super king bed - private bathroom with shower and bathtub At ground floor level there’s an extra WC. The house has a practical and modern fully equipped kitchen with a central island, complete with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and other indispensable accessories. It also has direct access to the BBQ and both indoor and outdoor dining tables. The living room is bright with its many windows leading to the outside and has fireplace to make the space cozier on winter days. There’s Wi-Fi broadband internet connection and TV with English channels (BBC, ITV, etc…). In the basement level, there’s a cinema room, with a mini pool table, a bar and of course, a large screen TV. Air conditioning is present in all the rooms. This villa’s exterior is very private and provides 2 separate chill out spots next to the pool with comfortable furniture, you can just relax and enjoy the long nights with your friends. The swimming pool has approximately 10 meters in length by 4.5 meters wide with depths varying from 1 to 2 meters. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this services it might be decline. Still outdoor, an ample outdoor dining table supported by a great inbuilt gas BBQ will provide for great al-fresco dining experiences. Beatifully decorated villa! Kitchen very high quality ! The purchases ordered in advance from Seashell were completed to our great satisfaction. The Seashell Team was frindly and helpfull. The Outdoor area was unkempt, the Pool was dirty! Dispite complaint nothing was changed. The dishes need to be redone urgently.

Really enjoyed our stay with plenty of space for the 9 of us to use and not feel on top of each other Only downside is there were only 8 outdoor seats available at the table which is not great when the booking was for 9 people

Appolonia is the nearest large market where you can get everything you need. The bedrooms are all fantastic and the game room is super. Outdoor area is beautiful and the barbecue are is amazing. The management company was very quick to respond if we had any questions. We will definitely return The only suggestion I can offer is to buy some provisions before you arrive. When they say they stock nothing at the Villa they mean NOTHING. Not even salt & pepper. A great touch though is a Nespresso machine

We loved the Villa there were a couple issues: there is a strong smell of damp, particularly in the Kitchen cupboards. The dishwasher was broken, and there was a lack of communication about when it would be fixed, although it was fixed the day after we reported it

Stayed for 9 days in September for a friends wedding happening locally. It was one of the few villas I could find that didn’t have a specific day you could check in/outhave to do 714 days. So glad we found this place, the space is amazing, the pool was a great size and everywhere was super clean. We’d definitely book again we had an amazing stay and would love to come back another time Only issue we had was that the dishwasher wasn’t working which was pretty frustrating. Some of the lights were a little dodgy and not working. Also, would be good to have aircon in the TV room downstairs

Perfect for a large groupa few families (we were a group of 4 adults and 7 teens) The rooms were all en suite and much bigger than expected. We had 2 camp beds in the master room but there was still enough space for the 4 teenagers as there was a dressing room and huge bathroom. Vale de lobo was only a 5 min drive away so perfect location. Hosts were great, a perfect stay and we will definitely be back. Stylish villa - we loved it! Will definitely be back A little suggestion to make it 5* plus would be to offer a welcome pack of goodies such as milk / sugar / tea / coffee etc and perhaps even a bbq hamper (all chargeable) also a book with local info in - restaurants / taxi / supermarket location etc. Just a thought

great location, very well designed inside and out, great team that helped us when we needed it. Kitchen was fully equipped The rooms were very big and clean, bathrooms all clean and big too. So much living space inside, we were a large group and were concerned that the pool area wasn't very big but it was perfect. Villa is beautiful, and we loved our time there Thank you so much for our stay at Villa Esmerelda. We had an absolutely amazing time and will definitely be back. The villa was exactly like the pictures and each room was lovely. Very clean and your team were great at helping us when we needed it
