Situated in Vamo, this attractive house for $539 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. SPECIAL OFFER! Rent this home and get a day out on a beautiful 35' Sea Ray. Additional details below. Beautiful property overlooking little Sarasota bay. Tucked away on a very quite street minutes from shopping, restaurants, and beaches. This home has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a grand living area for everyone to enjoy taking in seemingly panoramic views of the bay. All three bedrooms offer glass sliding doors out to the spacious patio and bay front pool. There is a great grass area also bay front with fencing along the water, great for children to play. The dock offers a platform lift which for launching your kayaks. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed facing the glass sliding doors for a great view of the pool and bay to wake up to in the mornings. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with 2 twin-size beds. The 3rd bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. The great room is furnished with a large sofa for watching the 55" flat screen TV, the dining area has an 8 seating dining room table. The Kitchen is equipped with 5-piece stainless steal appliance set including gas range, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS: 1 month minimum reservation required with the exception of 2 weeks minimum a maximum of 30 days in advance. Pets accepts on a case by case basis and with additional pet fee. Boating: Enjoy this waterfront property to the fullest! Rent this home for May 2024 and get a day out on the water on a 2023 Sea Ray 350 SLX. This includes 4-hours of boat use, each additional hour is $125. A list of captains will be provided and guest must pay the captain directly (rates are $80/hour). Guest will need to pay for fuel (A typical day out will cost approx. $50 - $250).

Our stay in Vamo was incredibly relaxing. Watching sunsets nightly with incredible views is enough make me want to rent the house again in the future. The pool was clean and maintained weekly by the pool maintenance company as was the landscaping and lawn. Justin, from the management company, was efficient and patient handling our needs. Some updating is needed throughout the house as well as outside by the pool. But overall a beautiful experience!

Our stay in Vamo was incredibly relaxing. Watching sunsets nightly with incredible views is enough make me want to rent the house again in the future. Great location with COSTCO, Publix, Sprouts, Total Wine- all, literally 5 min away and Siesta Key not much further. The master king was very comfortable. Hated to leave! There is one weird issue however with the second bathroom. It's extremely small and the tub needs a major facelift.

We enjoyed sitting on the patio by the pool watching manatees and dolphins only feet away from the dock, ospreys catching fish and chasing bald eagles away, mullet jumping, schools of fish churning the surface of the water trying to escape a predator, ibis, herons, kingfishers, and pelicans were everywhere. The sunsets are awesome. We used the pool every day except the last two when chilly nights and cloudy skies lowered the temperature below our comfort level. A pool heater would make it perfect. We loved the great room with its easy to live with kitchen. The bedrooms all have a view of the water. The master bath has a great shower but the guest bath could use some TLC. The location is convenient to everything. We can't wait to come back next year.

The property had potential to be a fun stay however there was quite a few problems. The couch was not at all comfortable massive amounts of pillows does not help. There was no instructions as to what light switches were for what no pot holders no wine glasses I did leave 4 for the next renters. It seemed if something didn't work it was just disconnected All in all it could have been better

- no pool heating & poor skimmer; on lawn cutting days the pool was covered with grass leaves.
- guest bathroom in poor repair
- very few cleaning/washing supplies to get vacation started.
Despite these minor items, I would still rate the property very highly.

The home was in a great location on the North Side of Siesta Key. Less than a 1/4 mile walk to the very private Shell Road Beach. Great Pool area and plenty of space in the home to congregate as a large group or get away for a nap or some time alone.
Take advantage of the Surfside Free Ride or Johnnys Free Ride to get you down to the SK Village or larger public beaches.
A great house for large groups that want quick access to a small beach area as well as a great pool and deck space!
