Situated in Vamo, this attractive condo for $404 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Siesta Key - Gulf-Front Retreat - 2 BR - Free Boat Docks - Upscale Located Next to Turtle Beach on the Southern End of Siesta Key, Sarasota, FL Fisherman's Cove is a very rare Siesta Key condo where every unit has direct, unobstructed, full Gulf views. The building is one of the closest condos to the Gulf on all of Siesta Key. You could throw a tennis ball into the gulf from this Siesta Key beachfront condo! Located at Turtle Beach on the island of Siesta Key off Sarasota, Florida, this vacation home has the best of both worlds - the beach in front and boat docks with access to the Intracoastal Waterway in back. While not as powdery white as Crescent (Siesta) Beach, it is less crowded and great for collecting shells. This lovely unit is on the second floor, accessible using the elevator or outside stairwell. This unit has been recently updated with new furniture in every room! It has modern tile flooring in the living spaces, hardwood look flooring in the bedrooms, and renovated kitchen. The kitchen has granite countertops, and modern stainless steel appliances including refrigerator with through the door ice/water, glass top range and oven, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped including a range of small appliances. The dining area has seating for four and is right off the kitchen. The living room is well appointed with stylish couch and loveseat, large flat panel HDTV and an amazing view out to the lanai and the Gulf. The air-conditioned lanai has floor to ceiling glass sliders overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the beach below. This unit also has glass sliders between the living room and Lanai giving the option of closing it off so the inside is air-conditioned but sliders can be opened on the Lanai. It is furnished with chairs and table to let you get comfortable as close to the water as possible. Sleep at night with the ocean surf right outside your window! The master bedroom has a bay window overlooking the Gulf and beach below. It has a king-size bed, large HDTV, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has one queen-size and two twin-size bunk beds, flat panel HDTV and a large window overlooking the bay and boat docks. Additionally, a twin self-inflating/deflating aerobed is provided that can be placed wherever you choose. The second bath has a tub/shower combo. This unit has its own dedicated high-speed broadband WIFI. This unit also comes equipped with a full size washer/dryer. Boat docks are available for guest use at no extra charge!! Bring your boat or rent one after you get here. Keep it right at the condo all week long. (Note; trailers cannot be stored on site) Fisherman's Cove is located less than 25 minutes from Sarasota airport, 90 minutes from Tampa, and two and a half hours from Orlando. Tons of great restaurants and golf courses are nearby. Fisherman's Cove is on the southern end of Siesta Key at Turtle Beach and is very quiet and un-crowded. The view is to the west for spectacular sunsets! It's not unusual to be able to watch dolphins swim by in the Gulf from the lanai / patio. This was a perfect vacation. The condo was clean and very well kept. Everything we needed to cook our meals was there. The view was absolutely unbelievable! Washer and dryer in condo. The beach was truly steps away with wildlife to watch and shells to hunt. B212 at Fisherman's Cove was perfect! We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had an amazing stay. Condo was equipped with everything we needed. The beach is right out the door and most days we had the entire beach to ourselves. Perfect quiet getaway!

In my 52 years of traveling it was the dirtiest place I’ve stayed in. Just about every surface was dirty , dusty and hairs on the bathroom floor were not mine. I do think the sheets were clean but not sure about bedspreads. I have pictures of my dirty cleaning rags . The windows overlooking the gulf were filthy inside and out. After cleaning all the smudges and handprints on the inside the view was somewhat improved.
The location was great and I would return to that location but NOT in this unit.

This was a great family get away! The water, Shells, fishing and wildlife were amazing. The only negative would be that I was under the impression that Kayaks/paddle boards were included but they are not.

Nice Stay
The property was just as described. It has a fabulous ocean view. We would recommend more fans for the condo as there was only one floor fan. Some mats for the showers as both were pretty slippery. Overall, it was a great stay and we would love to go back!

We loved Fisherman's Cove! The view from the lanai on the 2nd floor unit was great and we could even hear the surf with the windows closed at times. The short walk to the beach was awesome and there were tons of shells! We hope to stay there again!

Relaxing stay
This was a wonderful condo. The grounds were beautifully manicured with lush landscaping. The bay was a wonderful addition to the view from the front. There is a nice window in the kitchen to look out while preparing meals. So cool to be able to see the "manatee footprint"! Kayaks and paddle boards were available for rental. We saw a dolphin playing from the expansive windows. The view is incredible! We were very fortunate to be able to stay at a practically deserted beach. The shell variety was plentiful and amazing from the beach. My daughter and husband really enjoyed snorkeling and fishing! It is like 10 minutes to the famous Siesta Key Village filled with cool shops and restaurants. The public beach there is very different, but beautiful. We spent a day there. The sand is powdery, white and so cool to the feet. We found many live sand dollars that day!
Sarasota is a close day trip and a beautiful city! We went kayaking in the mangrove tunnels which was breathtaking and the city is cool as well! There are so many different shops, piers, bridges and restaurants to see. We enjoyed the Sarasota Jungle Gardens where we took in a reptile show, saw some beautiful birds and got to feed the flamingos by hand!
The appliances in the unit were brand new and the kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking utensils. The added coolers and new beach chairs were a very nice addition!
We had one bad morning when someone decided to do hammering construction beginning at 6 AM and lasting several hours, but we brought it to the attention of Greg, the wonderful local maintenance guy and he made certain that it didn't happen again for the remainder of our stay.
The views were perfect with a nice palm out the window loaded with coconuts! There was so much wildlife to enjoy including lots of beautiful, harmless hermit crabs and various birds.

Very Nice Condo
The condo is very nice and clean. It has every kitchen and beach item you would need for a stay (4 beach chairs, boogie board, sand toys, 4 beach towels, ice maker, cooler, gas and charcoal grills, and washer/dryer in unit.) The master bed was very comfy. There are tons of places to eat at and shop within a 5 mile radius. The beach at high tide made me very nervous with a small child. There is a deep drop off from the edge of the water for about 25 feet to a sand bar. At low tide the beach was wonderful. The Siesta Key public beach access is only a few miles up the road and a lot milder for young kids. There is a free trolley stop about a block away that will take you around Siesta Key. This was very convenient. One downfall for the area is that the complex shares a road with the public beach parking lot for Turtle Beach. On the weekend this appears to be a local hangout/party spot. On Friday night at 9pm we had trouble leaving the complex. The road was blocked by people fighting who refused to move for traffic. We eventually made it out but still had an issue getting back into the complex due to people hanging out in the roadway. Overall it was a nice trip and a beautiful place. The owners made it an easy booking process.
