Leuke mooie woning, dichtbij strand . Zwembad van 4-11 juni niet officieel open , maar wel beschikbaar. De woning heeft een grote complete keuken. Overal is airco en het terras is geweldig. Al met al een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Wat kan er beter.: Er waren geen wijnglazen…… In Spanje !,

La casa está genial. Super equipada. El jardín y el porche una maravilla para estar. Urbanización muy tranquila y próxima a la playa. La propietaria super amable. Muy muy recomendable

We were very happy in this property. It was secure, spacious, clean and with everything you need. Our kids enjoyed the huge garden and the terrace. We were the whole month of May 2021 and most of the other houses were empty. The swimming pool is open only on July and August but you can access out of this date at your own responsibility. Internet was OK, it was good enough for us to work and make video conferences 15 mb/s. Be aware that the house has all the internet installations but you have to pay to receive the signal. It is very easy to make the payment/connection and it is not expensive, we paid 20 euros for 1 month to Cabisur provider, you can also pay by day or week. The area is very beautiful, very green and without huge invasive building. Playa la Barrosa is really an amazing loooooong beach, perfect for walking and relax. Be aware that sometimes it can be very windy in the area, viento del Levante and Poniente.

Sehr geräumiges, sauberes Haus in dem es an nichts fehlt, mit toller Terrasse und eigenem Parkplatz. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, nur der Pool war leider nicht zugänglich was sehr schade war, zumindest für die Kinder. Internet gibt es auch nur gegen Bezahlung & da zumal nur auf spanisch buchbar echt ärgerlich. Sonst aber eine Spitzen Empfehlung!!!

Belle résidence située en bordure d'un golf. Facile d'accès à la plage, et autoroute pour diverses visites de la région. Très bon accueil lors de notre arrivée et départ par une dame très gentille.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung ist top und es fehlte uns an nichts. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die ruhige und fußläufige Strandlage.Auch der Pool war sehr schön und wir haben ihn meist allein genossen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder ! Besonderer Dank gilt Rosalia die uns, trotz später Ankunft, sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen und uns ebenso freundlich auch wieder verabschiedet hat !

Ruhe und Entspannung

Wer es im Winter ruhig sucht, unabhängig und motorisiert ist, der kann sich in dem Haus wohlfühlen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man in einem normalen Haushalt benötigt. Die Wohnbereiche können über eine Klimaanlage beheizt werden, die große Küche allerdings ist davon ausgenommen. Vielen Dank an Auxi, die engen Kontakt hält und sich schnell um eventuelle Probleme kümmert. Die Außenanlagen werden extern betreut. WLAN kann man sich über einen lokalen Provider im Internet buchen. Bei Ausfällen kommt hier der Techniker kurzfristig zur verabredeten Zeit und ist pünktlich. Deutsche TV-Programme gibt es nicht, lassen sich aber eh verschmerzen. Wenn möglich, komme ich wieder.

The house is big, and the patio is a very nice and peaceful place to sit. It's not a luxury place, but perfectly comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The beach is about a 5-10 minute walk. It's a really nice beach.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und geräumig. Für 6 Personen perfekt geeignet. Der Strand war in Laufnähe und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Um sich die Umgebung anzuschauen empfiehlt es sich allerdings ein Auto zu mieten, da die Wohnung in einer reinen Wohngegend ist. Dafür ist die Gegend ruhig und gut für Familien geeignet.

La casa fantástica, amplia y muy luminosa. Está muy bien ubicada, el jardín muy bien cuidado y la piscina cerca de la casa. El servicio impecable. Nos incomodaron los pequeños inquilinos pero no nos privaron de pasar estupendamente nuestras vacaciones. En general, la estancia perfecta , muy recomendable y para repetir. Gracias por todo. Belén

Fueron unos días maravillosos. La casa es estupenda. El detalle de los juguetes de los niños es genial. Nos encantó la terraza y el jardín. La gente de mantenimiento, a pesar de no ser temporada, tenían la piscina perfecta y siempre pendiente de todo. Auxi es un amor. Nos dio todos los detalles y consejos para aquellos días. Un placer enorme. La zona tiene de todo y a mano. Casi sin necesidad de coche. Lo único, por poner un pero, las camas de las habitaciones pequeñas si las usan adultos se quedan un poco flojas. Ya se lo comentamos a Auxi. Repetiremos seguro y recomendaremos, por supuesto!

Todo es tal y como aparece en las fotos, sitio precioso, tranquilo y muy cerca de la playa. No le falta detalle, incluso disponen de juguetes para los niños. Excelente trato con Auxi, siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Sin lugar a dudas nuestra intención es volver a reservar para el siguiente verano.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Stadthaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern in einer sehr guten Lage. Direkt am Golfplatz und nur wenige Minuten - 3 bis 5 - vom tollen Strand entfernt. Auch das kleine Einkaufszentrum von Novo Sancti Petri ist sehr schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus, wie die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Die Betreuung durch die Eigentümerin und ihrer Hilfe - Auxi - ist sehr nett. Sollten kleinere Probleme auftreten, werden diese umgehend beseitigt, was in Spanien nicht unbedingt üblich ist. Das Haus ist sehr ordentlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Pasamos un par de semanas en el apartamento de Pilar. La estancia fue de lo más agradable. Todo muy correcto, tal y como aparece en las fotos, la urbanización es super tranquila y cercana a la playa. Das Haus ist genauso wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für deutsche Urlauber vll wichtig: Es gibt keine Filterkaffeemaschine. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Nach fünf Minuten sieht man den Strand schon. Dieser ist traumhaft. Die Abwicklung hat sehr gut geklappt. Das Haus ist sauber und die Anlage mehr als gepflegt. Wir danken für die Vermietung und auch Auxi vor Ort. Wir haben meistens selbst gekocht oder am Strand gegessen. Die Restaurants vor Ort fallen mal wieder den Hotels mit All Inclusive Angebot zum Opfer. Das ist schade. Klaudia und Jürgen

La casa, "perfecta", ibamos con niños y no fue para nada agoviante, pues era amplia y las zonas comunes nos dieron mucho juego, pues nos hizo un levante malísimo que, nos impidió disfrutar de la playa. Recibimos un trato excelente, tanto la dueña, como su persona de confianza en Chiclana, a la que llamamos en un par de ocasiones, por un pequeño problema y la falto tiempo para arreglarlo. El sitio donde está la casa, muy tranquilo y relativamente cerca de la playa. Por poner un pero, que podías acceder a la piscina, pero no tenía socorrista, con lo cual te bañabas bajo tu responsabilidad, además de que teníamos que limpiarla nosotros, porque los pinos la ensuciaban bastante. En definitiva, si vuelvo, repito.
