About this condo rental
Situated in Carolina, this charming condo for $277 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Isla Bella is located in the center of the Isla Verde tourist area, which is within less than 10 minutes from the airport. You can literally go from your airplane to Isla Bella, change and be on the beach in less than 20 minutes! The building has direct access to the beach, plus it features a full-size 25-meter fresh-water swimming pool and lounging area. This is another fine property brought to you by The Marco Polo Collection, a collection of fine vacation rental properties! You will be in excellent hands with our professional staff, with many years of experience, drawn from Puerto Rico, the U.S. and Europe. A great number of restaurants, offering anything from local foods to pizzas to sushi and steak houses, and several major casinos are, are within 300 yards, which is easy walking distance. The largest local car rental company, which usually has the best deals on the island, is right across the street, as is a bank and Walgreens, which is open 24/7. Two supermarkets (also open 24/7) are also close by. Although you can find everything within walking distance, there is a bus stop right out front of the building which has buses that go all the way to Old San Juan, so a car-less vacation is definitely feasible. If you decided to rent a car, there is also Charlie Car Rentals right in front of the building, and an underground parking space will be provided for guests. Pets - not allowed Smoking - not allowed

We had a good stay here. The location, check in process, facilities were great. Just walk in to the beach. Out apartment faced the ocean so was nice to sit in the balcony.
Everything in the apartment was good , just the bed linens and sofa were a bit worn so may need updating.

Found a great high rise building right on the beach access from the back of the property. Has pool and very clean place. Certainly would recommend the place for a great time not too far from San Juan

Unfortunately I was a unable to go due to my son in law death. But the rest of my family went and told me the apartment was very clean and beatiful view. They also liked the neighborhood.

Judith displayed remarkable hospitality, friendliness, and a willingness to address any inquiries. The location was outstanding. Going forward, a two-bedroom setup is my preferred choice for my son and me. There were an abundance of necessary provisions, and the beach view and beach access were flawless.

The location was great! Right on the beautiful Carolina beach! Easy to walk to restaurants, Walgreens, car rental and easy for Uber drivers to find us and pick up right in front. The apartment is older and could use a bit of updating/repair but we were only there to sleep. The views from each room were AMAZING!!!! Communication with the property manager was awesome! Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels are provided or rent them on the beach for a low price for the whole day.

The view from balcony was amazing. Good air-con. throughout. Well equipped kitchen -though had to request a kettle and the hob was cracked. Plenty of towels etc for bathroom. The welcome pack of drinks, coffee etc was appreciated. Interior could do with painting. Door locks were awkward to operate at times. Excellent accommodation overall!

After longing to visit Puerto Rico for some time, my family and I finally decided to go there for spring break. We chose Isla Verde as our destination and were pleased to find that the property we rented was clean and well-maintained, offering stunning views from the patio. It was truly delightful to enjoy our morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sea views and listening to the soothing sound of the waves. We were grateful to the property owners for their thoughtfulness in stocking some basic groceries. As we arrived early in the morning, we didn't have to worry about rushing to the grocery store right away.

We loved our stay at Isla Bella. The location was absolutely perfect. Close to the airport, 20 minutes from OSJ, 20 minutes from isolated beaches. We rented a car and it was so convenient to park in our designated spot and explore the area. Stunning views, tons of convenience, zero waits on elevator, easy trash drop, washer and dryer, completely safe and secure. I really can’t say enough positive things about this property. We were a family of 4 with two older teen children. Great for our family.

Communicstion with property management wasn't very good. Had mentioned that communication needed to occur with WhatsApp, but texts were sent via phone (which was non functional), so they neither got my messages, nor we theirs. Frustrating.
Suite needs a cutting board and some cleaning supplies to clean sink, etc if you are staying more than a few days.
Like fresh air rather than AC, but the howling of the wind in the rooms at night is unbelievable.
House book needs to be updated. Some of the restaurants lusted are permanently closed (eg Il Nonna). Wished there were more restaurants nearby, though Hitties was excellent.
Overall, good place to stay.

This place was fantastic for our family. The bathroom is small and the kitchen could use some updating, but it was comfortable and the view was fantastic. Because this condo is on a top floor there is a great breeze. We were able to open the step out porch doors and leave them open.

Beautiful location and pool. Fantastic view. Condo was in terrible condition with ceiling water damage and mold, dirty floors, old rusted refrigerator, dirty mattress that was torn on fold out couch. Would rent another unit in this bldg, not this one

Had a great week in Isla Verda Puerto Rico. The Isla Bella is a nice condo, suited our needs for 4 people, great view. Very convenient to beach, pool, Walgreens and local restaurants. Hotties for Seafood. Not very crowded and very quiet when we were there. Weather was perfect. Easy to catch local bus, but bring your coins. Only accepts coins 75 cents. Or rent a car from Charlie across road, or take Uber

The apartment was perfect for us the location is right on the beach had a beautiful view of the ocean condo had everything you need for a family of four! Even has your own parking spot! Only thing I would recommend is some upgrades to the bathroom!!

Beautiful stay despite Covid
Everything was perfect. Communication with owner was prompt and clear. We ended up extending our stay and the management company was very pleasant and beyond accommodating. We had contactless check in and check out instructions were pretty simple. The unit is immaculate and spacious. The kitchen was stocked with cooking pots, utensils, dishes, and appliances. The washer and dryer in the unit was a plus and so was the ice maker in the refrigerator. The balcony view is priceless!! The building is super clean, every morning, staff were cleaning and disinfecting all common areas. There are signs everywhere require the use of masks. The pool is properly monitored with the guard to allow everyone to have a turn, we didn't have a problem with this. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Beautiful Beach
The views from the condo are amazing from every room. The beach was wonderful including the water temperature (80 degrees in November) and the cleanest sand. The condo isn't huge but had enough room for our family of four. There is a grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants within walking distance and the beach and pool were right outside the building. The gentleman on the beach renting chairs and umbrellas were very helpful.

Pandemic cut our visit short!
We arrived in San Juan just after the governor announced a curfew and the closing of all businesses/restaurants due to the Coronavirus. The next day we learned that the beaches were closed and tourists were to stay in their rooms. Fortunately, there is a spectacular view from the condo’s balcony. We were able too enjoy the view but never even got to touch the ocean at Isla Verde Beach!
Luckily, we rented a car, and there was a very nice, secure parking garage at the condo. We were able to see some of the island as we drove to secure food (which was one of the reasons we were allowed to go out - we may have taken the long way to find a restaurant!)
The owners were helpful in providing updates on the local situation, and they were understanding and supportive when we flew home early (less than 24 hours after we arrived!). They are considering a reimbursement for the additional day we paid for, fingers crossed!
The stay was an adventure!

Beautiful View
Condo was exactly as advertised. Beautiful view of the ocean! The extra touches (food, refreshments, beach towels, chairs & toys) was an added touch. Owners provided detailed check in procedures making the process a breeze. My only complaint was the noise level from the near by hotel since they have a roof top pool/bar which is close to the room.

Beautiful View
The property was more than we could have asked for. The ocean view is much grander than any photo posted in the web site! Truly magnificent!!
The small touches made it even better. When we arrived there were some groceries provided to get us stared. The beach towels were more than adequate. The beach chairs, cooler, and umbrellas made visiting the beaches so much more enjoyable.
We had a great time! Looking to book again next time we visit.
