Located in Lower Grand Lagoon, this lovely house for $444 per night is a great option for your next trip. This nostalgic beachfront cottage overlooks the white sugar sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. With interior views of the ocean from the kitchen, living room, and bedroom, you are in for a treat! Private parking is right in front of the cottage, and you can enjoy one level throughout. There is a queen-sized bed and the sofa converts to a full-sized bed to accommodate up to 4 guests. Granite countertops and all upgraded stainless steel appliances are installed in this fully furnished kitchen. The bathroom includes a decorative tile shower and granite countertops. Porcelain tile flooring is installed throughout the home for easy cleanup. The laundry room is equipped with a full washer and dryer. Front door parking is available for 2 cars/SUVs (max) and there are no stairs or elevators to deal with. You are literally on the beach! This is good ole' Jimmy Buffet-style beach living at its finest. For convenience, a key-less entry system is installed with private codes for each guest. The lock pad includes a 30 second auto lock system to ensure security while you are away. Cable tv and wireless internet are provided throughout the cottage. Download your favorite Kindle book or finish some work on your laptop as you sit on the deck and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Enjoy a sunset on the balcony as you watch your children build a sandcastle right in front of you. You can enjoy the peace and quiet of the ocean breeze, or take a short trip to enjoy the amusement parks, nightlife, fishing, and shopping that is available in Panama City Beach. Grocery stores and drug stores are conveniently located within a short distance from this house. St. Andrew's state park is a couple of blocks by bicycle or car, or you can enter from the beachside as you take an evening stroll. Whatever you are looking for, this little cottage has it all. There is a custom gas grill on the deck for cooking out. It is conveniently located between the 2 bedroom house and the 1 bedroom cottage. This grill is free to use for the guests of Aqua-Holic beach house and Aqua-Holic cottage. It is the responsibility of the guest to make sure that the grill is properly attended to and turned off and cleaned after use. Need more space for larger groups? Ask me about the 2 bedroom detached beach house located on the same lot. The beach house can accommodate up to 6 guests. Please note that the 2 bedroom house is a separate listing and must be booked separately. For us, location was perfect to visit family at St Andrews state park. Golf cart was easy to get and use to get around. Not a big space, but worked for us as we were only there shortly during the day. Beach access is awesome, can hear the waves.

We absolutely loved this little cottage. It is in walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Comfortable for me, my husband, and our four year old. Very tidy and cozy. Will stay here until we can’t anymore!

Everything was wonderful. The ac may need service. We could not get the temp below 74 and we did our best to keep doors and blinds closed. The filter also needs to be changed. We want to book again in September if you have availability. Perhaps both houses. I would love to have my parents join us.

My husband and I celebrated our 5th Anniversary at this lovely cottage right on the beach with an amazing view! It was the perfect getaway for us! We were able to grill out on the deck and watch the sunset over the ocean. It was very clean and exactly as we expected from the description and reviews. We plan to come back again!

This house is convenient to the Lower Grand Lagoon area of Panama City Beach. We arrived the week (4-1/4-6 2023)after the house next door had been demolished to get ready for new construction. This little house is really nice and access to the beach is just off of your own private deck. The view of the beach is amazing at this time. After the new four story house is completed next door this summer, the view will not be as good. All in all it’s a nice rental. We had a wonderful and quiet time!

This was the absolute best place! The cottage is a lot more spacious than the pictures show! And it’s more adorable than the description described. My husband and I had a fabulous time! We were already looking on the site to book a future trip!! It’s a 10 recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful home away from home.

We loved the views & location of this sweet cottage. It had all the amenities we needed. The beach was a little busier due to summer time and being next to a public beach access...but it was awesome to be so close to the water. It was perfect for us for a quick sister getaway. Thanks, Julie!!

Perfect location-right in the beach but close to where you need to go. This place is perfect for a quiet get away. Up to date appliance and the shower is huge! Love having the deck in case you want to lay out there vs on the sand. Very little beach traffic as well.
