Located in Tangier-Tétouan-Al Hoceima, this attractive house for $154 per night is a great option for your next trip. Surrounded by high ramparts dating from the Portuguese invasion, the Medina, whose charm and beauty are celebrated by many artists, is renowned for its Music and Cultural Festival, and you can discover by randomly walking alleys, mural frescos Performed by the artists. This during the month of August. At 35 mn from Tangier, Assilah with its flowery lanes offers the sweetness of life. Dar Moussa is located in front of the sea, along the ramparts of the Medina (The Old Town). Ancient city created by a famous pirate, Asilah (or Azeilah) is also a spiritual city with its old marabout and saints all along the village which also became famous for his artists. The house, an old fishermen house, facing the sun set, is both simple and stylish, sophisticated and comfortable. The two double rooms are facing sky and sea and three additional beds make it easier for families with kids. Latifa comes every day to clean the house and cook some delicious Moroccan or European meals. She speaks Darija, the Moroccan Arabic, and French. About English and Spanish, she uses the translator that makes the life easier. First floor – or rez de chaussée- a dining room for 4 to 6 pacs is separated by an open mauresque wall from a cosy living room and a chimney, and the kitchen. Second floor, the hammam is in a traditional tadelakt style, while the office is facing the sea. Behing the double doors designed by Clara, her colorful room with the tv. Sit in the bed and enjoy reading or having your breakfast only hearing and seeing the waves of the ocean. On the top roof, the terrace and a long white room compose an exclusive spot to contemplate the ocean, the harbour, to read and to write or just to enjoy doing nothing but meditate in silence. Lunches are great on the terrace and dinners too. Latifa will provide you with the list of the beautiful spot north or south the village, public or private beaches, and restaurant, as well as transportation and others facilities, or hairdresser, hammam, massage, good adresses in Tangier and others. Live at the sound of waves and birds. Enjoy Asilah, enjoy Dar Moussa and never forget : The treasure, it is you.

Interesting location being in the Medina. Latifa was a wonderful addition and cooked us some great food. Apartment was as advertised. Our only complaint was the internet which was very slow making it difficult to plan our trip.

Une surprise extraordinaire dès le premier pas dans cette maison tellement conviviale, chaleureuse, propre et rien n'a été négligé. Un cadeau pour les voyageurs. Et cerise sur le gâteau, Latifa, magnifique personne qui n'a de cesse de vous rendre le séjour reposant en vous choyant. Elle est parfaite car très discrète, magnifique cuisinière, elle vous dorlote avec les plats que vous souhaitez ou que vous rêvez. C'est une perle dans un écrin magnifique. Je reviendrai avec un immense plaisir.

The best way to enjoy Asilah and the North Atlantic coast.

Dar Moussa was an excellent choice for us as we were looking for a relaxed and comfortable few days in this part of Morocco. The house location is ideal with an incompable view over the ocean and town beach. We enjoyed many hours and some of our meals on the roof terrace capturing sun and breeze. Clara has the place very thoughtfully and authentically decorated. Latifa was a terrific cook and housekeeper and showed us around the local markets. We hope to come back some day!

Merci à Clara et Latifa pour ce super séjour que nous avons passé au début de cet été. L'acceuil était attentionné et chaleureux. La maison est TRES bien entretenu et bien disposée. Elle était parfaite pour notre famille de 2 enfants de 5 & 3 ans. Grâce à Latifa nous avons préféré rester à la maison qu'être à la plage. Encore un grand Merci à toutes les deux.

sejour inoubliable avec vue sur la mer

séjour exceptionnel, la maison est très agréable et nous avons appréciés particulièrement la terrasse agréable le soir pour diner.la vue sur la mer est une vraie carte postale. Latifa toujours disponible avec le sourire nous a gaté avec ses bons petits plats cuisinés avec "amour". L'accueil et les attentions au quotidien nous ont vraiment beaucoup touché.

C'est notre deuxième location à Hassila. Autant nous avions été un peu déçu par la 1ère maison que nous avions louée, autant nous avons été enchanté par ce nouveau séjour dans cette charmante maison. Celle-ci est très agréablement située, très propre, très bien disposée. Il faut ajouter que Clara, sa propriétaire est vraiment charmante ainsi que Latifa la très aimable femme de maison qui s'occupait de nous et qui est la "dame de confiance" du lieu. En une phrase : nous serons heureux de relouer prochainement.

"Latifa, the house keeper, was a highlight of our holiday. Fun, helpful and a great cook. We felt no need to visit any restaurants thanks to Latifia's first-class food. Comfortable, beautiful house, with wonderful sea views, in a romantic position in the medina. Near galleries, restaurants and markets, but quite noisy during the two weeks of the August festival, when we stayed."

"Douceur de vivre dans la jolie maison"Dar Moussa", Située près des remparts et en première ligne face à l 'océan,nous avons apprécié de nous endormir avec le bruit des vagues,de prendre nos repas sur la terrasse. Nous avons adoré la petite médina d'Asilah et trouver très agréable de pouvoir sortir de la maison et de se trouver de suite dans l'ambiance festive de la médina. Merci encore à Latifa qui par sa gentillesse , sa discrétion ,son éfficacité nous a rendu le séjour tres agréable. Le contact avec Clara ,notre propriétaire a été tout aussi charmant et éfficace. Nous avons très envie de revenir....."
