This fourth floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath Gulf view condo in the Madeira Norte complex has a panoramic beach view, as well as a view of the Intracoastal Waterway. Extra big balcony. The famus John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is located just across the street with its many shops, restaurants, boardwalk, fishing, boat, jet-ski & para-sail rentals. Several Trolley's run up & down the beach with a stop right in front of our building! The Trolley travels all the way down to St. Petersburg to just before beautiful Clearwater Beach. We are located 5 miles North of St. Petersburg on the Gulf side, 20 - 30 minutes from Tampa airport, Busch Gardens and not far from Orlando & Disney World. Our condo has a private heated pool and direct access to the Gulf! We have covered barbecue place, WIFI.

After a 4 year break from going to Florida due to Covid and Hurricane Ian we finally made it!! Yearly visitors to Fort Myers Beach but due to hurricane Ian we had to find somewhere new so we ended up at Madeira Beach and we weren't disappointed. Really enjoyed the area. Condo spacious clean, comfortable and well equipped, everything you need as a holiday maker far from home. Communication with property manager excellent, very responsive, check in process as easy as it gets and flexible regards check in and check out times. We have absolutely no complaints, lovely stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. Had family visit one night and the extra room was great. Loved that it was so close to so many restaurants and bars and the beach was wonderful. Loved that we had a view of the ocean and the bay and the music from the bar across the street at night was fun to listen to while sitting on the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

This condo was very clean and just as described! Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms with tubs that actually drain, fully stocked kitchen, washer/ dryer. The condo was very quiet. Never heard another soul above/ below/ next to you. The bedrooms have 2 bathrooms in between them so it gives you privacy if staying with friends/ family. Super short walk to the beach and tons of shops and dining within walking distance if you don’t want to get a rental car. Borbala was super flexible and easy to get in contact with and the parking is under the building so it’s shaded and makes getting groceries up easier. The only thing that it lacked was being ocean front….you hear traffic and live music instead of the ocean. I would stay here again!

Perfect location across from John’s Pass to walk to for many things, perfect spot on the beach, family friendly, great condominium, everyone was so friendly and the condo was comfortable and clean. Thank you for making our first trip to Madeira Beach so fun!

Check in was very easy. Nice views of the ocean and John’s Pass from balcony. The condo had everything in it that we needed, but it could use some updates. Decor was outdated, and bathrooms weren’t the cleanest. Air conditioner worked but couldn’t keep up with the Florida heat at all. We spent little time in the room due to it being so warm. And had to run fans nonstop and sleep under only a sheet because of the temperature. Borbala was very quick to respond when we did have any issues and we did appreciate that. Also the elevators are extremely slow and hot ( not owners fault) and they seem to break down a lot. Overall we did enjoy our family vacation and made some great memories. Thank you for allowing us to spend the week in your condo.

The room and complex is exactly as posted! The front balcony gives you a chance to listen to live music and has a great view of John's Pass (and the bay) as well as the Gulf of Mexico! It's truly the best of both worlds! The room has everything you need for a vacation. If you want to cook in, the kitchen is fully stocked. Borbala is great to work with. We found the toaster in the unit did not work and she had a brand new one delivered the next day! Having John's Pass Village and Boardwalk across the street is an added bonus. Shops, ice cream, and tons of food options within walking distance! I would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed for a week and couldn't be happier. Great location, can walk to dining, shopping and live music every evening. Condo had everything we needed and a great view in every direction. Beach is just a few steps out the back of the building. We will definitely be back !!! John

We loved our time at this condo which is directly across the street from John’s Pass where we could enjoy live music, shopping and drinks. It was right on the ocean side so I was able to walk the beach every day and swim in the ocean. Great place to stay! I will be going back.

We really enjoyed our stay in 401. The balcony is on the backside of the building but you can still see both the gulf and intercoastal waterway. Both bedrooms offer a nice view of the gulf as well. The bed was comfortable and the condo was well stocked. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the live music across the street, which ended at a reasonable hour so we were able to sleep well too.

This condo was in the perfect location for our family. Short walk to the beach and across the street from shopping and food. Other restaurants were a 5-10 minute drive in either direction. Great place to stay. Will definitely come back.

The condo was the perfect size for a family of 4. We enjoyed the nightly music from John’s Pass from our balcony every night. My only complaint is that the closest elevator was not dependable; however there is another one that is easy to access, and there are stairs. Aside from that, it was a nice stay.

Loved staying at this property. Views of St. John’s pass and the Gulf. Would definitely recommend and stay again. The property could use a little TLC with fresh paint and upgrades to the kitchen and bathrooms but otherwise just perfect.

The location was perfect for our daughter’s senior year spring break. The condo had everything we needed. The WiFi didn’t work most of the time so I used my hotspot, but overall, great communication with the owner and would recommend staying here!

Location location location. Two minute walk to the beach from the front door of the apartment to being on the beach with your butt in the sand. Three minute walk to shops, restaurants and ice cream across the street at John’s Pass. Great location & great little village would recommend it for any family.

The owners were quick to respond to any questions I had. The location was amazing. Walking distance to everything we needed. We chose not to rent a car for this reason. Great views. Beach was clean. Water warm. Music across the street while sitting on the balcony was great. All the people we met at the property were super friendly. Overall, we had a great trip and would stay there again.
