Located in Southbank, this attractive condo for $488 per night is a great choice for your next trip. PLEASE NOTE: Bookings of less than 4 nights covering a Fri, Sat, special events, public holiday or public holiday eve, will only be considered within the month prior. Unless a greater nightly minimum is specifically mentioned for specific nights, such as Australian Open Tennis, Grand Prix, Premier League Soccer and Spring Racing Carnival to name a few, where a 5 night minimum applies. Any one or two night stay will incur an additional $50 surcharge. Any single night weekend stay will incur a 30% loading. And for New Year's Eve, there is a 50% loading. Common facilities are now open to use. If you have a large group and need multiple apartments in the same building/vicinity please advise. You will not be disappointed with this property... Located literally on the edge of the CBD, you will be within 5 minutes walk to all the great things that Melbourne is renowned for and only slightly further is the heart of the Crown Casino entertainment centre. An exquisite array of restaurants, the Arts centre, theatre, Federation Square, The Yarra River etc.. etc.... what else might you be looking for? If it isn't on your doorstep then it will not be too far either on foot or using the extensive and efficient public transport infrastructure which is on your doorstep. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has versatile bedding configurations for maximum practicality for families and groups alike. Each bedroom can be either a king bed or two single beds (subject to timing of booking request). A gym is available within the building for your use. The apartment can sleep up to 8, with 2 guests on large sturdy fold-up beds. The price quoted is based upon 6 guests there are extra charges per guest after 6. Undercover parking for one (1) vehicle is available in the bulding and is included in the price. Maximum height clearance is 2.05m. Three (3) sets of keys are available for the convenience of your group. From time-to-time we move our art and decorative features around, or they are bought by guests. This could be art, statues, sculpture, rugs etc.... Therefore some variations to art and decorative features may be experienced. ** Tea and coffee are provided free-of-charge. ** WiFi broadband internet provided free-of-charge ** Hair dryer provided for your convenience. ** High quality hangers for your clothes. ** Ducted heating/air-conditioning throughout. ** Before 10am Check-in $25 ** After 10pm Check-in $25 ** Late Check-out (when available) $50/hr or part thereof ** Replacement Key Set $80 ** Replacement Remote $100 ** Mid-Stay Cleaning Service $150/clean ** Additional Cleaning $50/hour (when required) ** Additional Car Park $20/night (when available)

Great two night stay at this well appointed and comfortable Southbank apartment. Location is perfect, offsite parking very handy and apartment is exactly as described in photos. The city views are spectacular from this property. Be aware that this is a residential tower and the lounge adjoins the next door neighbours main bedroom so important to bear in mind re noise factor.

Thank you for making our trip special This property has a wonderful ambiance and beds and views are absolutely amazing the location is outstanding close to everything and within easy walking distance to the cbd and surrounding areas. A wonderful vibe Lots to see and do we certainly felt in the thick of the action. Tony thank you for accommodating our needs and changes. It helped us enjoy Melbourne and make some wonderful memories with family. It really is a special place and has so much character adventure and vibe, we certainly got the city experience. Highly recommend. Go Melbourne.

Perfectly located, spacious 3 bedroom apartment with amazing views. An easy walk to Southbank restaurants and CBD. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

The property was perfect for our girls weekend away... the lounge / dining & kitchen area was perfect for us to relax. Everything was in fine condition and good working order. The view was amazing.... it was like a picture postcard image we were looking at .... the lounge / dining room size was perfect. Restaurants, bars, arts precinct and shops are all within a few minutes walk.
