Nestled in Southbank, this charming condo for $476 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. PLEASE NOTE: Bookings of less than 4 nights covering a Fri, Sat, special events, public holiday or public holiday eve, will only be considered within the month prior. Unless a greater nightly minimum is specifically mentioned for specific nights, such as Australian Open Tennis, Grand Prix, Premier League Soccer and Spring Racing Carnival to name a few, where a 5 night minimum applies. Any one or two night stay will incur an additional $50 surcharge. Any single night weekend stay will incur a 30% loading. And for New Year's Eve, there is a 50% loading. Common facilities are now open to use. This is a truly stunning apartment! As roomy as a house with high quality modern fittings and furniture, it will not disappoint even the most discerning guests. Start with the ultra comfortable, plush couch, matching dining setting and huge TV and a fully appointed gourmet lovers kitchen - equipped with everything you could possibly need. Free wi-fi internet too! The master bedroom is in its own corner with beautiful views through floor-to-ceiling windows and is completely separate, complete with it's own air-conditioner/heating unit. It has a great wardrobe and a stylish ensuite bathroom. The bed is your choice of a king or two singles (subject to the timing of the booking request). The other two bedrooms are large and comfortable, each with a built-in wardrobe and its own air-conditioner/heating unit. They too have versatile bedding configurations of either two single beds or a king-size bed. Complex facilities include an indoor heated swimming pool, tennis court, gym and landscaped courtyard BBQ. All available for your enjoyment. Undercover parking for one (1) vehicle is available within the building and is included in the price. Maximum height clearance is 2.1m. If additional car parks are required please ask. Additional guests are accommodated on fold-up beds. Four (4) sets of keys are available for the convenience of your group. Should you need the port-a-cot, you will need to provide your own linen. From time-to-time we move our art and decorative features around, or they are bought by guests. This could be art, statues, sculpture, rugs etc.... Beds and bedding was lovely and comfy. Great views and walking distance to the Crown precinct.

Great location, short walk to casino and shops at south wharf plus easy access to public transport from tram at front door. Also small supermarket on ground level. Room was great, with 3 bedrooms and plenty of room to spread out for the 5 adults for a long weekend. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, spacious, modern apartment, with exceptional views of the city, and a 5-minute walk from Crown casino. The apartment did not heat up as well as expected and we had difficulties with the keys not locking/unlocking the apartment door; the owner was receptive to this feedback and advised that he would be following up these issues. I would stay here again.
