This villa gives you ample space for the whole family. In a quiet but active private community, you can access three separate swimming pools (Pools are typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day), walking paths, and two tennis courts. A primary bedroom w/ queen bed and additional queen sleeper in the 2nd family room and sleeping 12 comfortably. Three large TVs with cable and free Wi-Fi to keep you connected if you don't want to disconnect while at the beach. The modern kitchen is fully stocked to please any home chef. Encompassing three levels, this villa provides space for multi-generational families. LOCATION: Downtown Rehoboth Beach is only an 8-minute bike ride or a 20-minute walk. Next door to our community is Jungle Gym's Water Park for a fun day in the sun. PARKING: Assigned parking, but overflow is available throughout the community. AMENITIES: Hairdryer, Wi-Fi, screened-in porch, ceiling fans, washer & dryer, and community amenities. Electronic keypad system for easy check-in and check-out process. THINGS TO KNOW: This villa rents Saturday to Saturday in the prime summer months. Community pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package for guests. No pet and no smoking! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
