Nestled in Albufeira, this lovely villa for $970 per night is a great option for your next break. Large spacious 8 bedroom villa located in Forte Sao Joao which is in between the Strip in the New town and the Old town. Located in the heart of Albufeira, this large villa is ideal for families or large groups that are looking for a quiet setting with excellent entertainment space. All bedrooms and living room are air conditioned. Property is a short drive to Pinecliffs, Gale, and Guia (where Algarve shopping is located with large supermarket, many shops supplying clothes, shoes, sports equipment, and large cinema with all the latest releases in English) and 25 min drive to Quinta do Lago. The property is surrounded by the best golf courses, lovely restaurants, supermarket is approx 0.5 km away (large supermarket that houses most essential items). A wide range of sports facilities are available in Albufeira including golf courses, tennis and water sports. The property is within an easy stroll to the strip which is located at the end of the road (12 minutes walk) Located on the top floor are bedrooms 1 and 2. Both these bedrooms have en suite facilities, large terraces looking onto the pool. They have been furnished to a high standard with fitted wardrobes and solid furnishing. Both en suite shower/bathrooms are modern, spacious and clean. As you enter the property you are met by a spacious hallway which leads to bedroom 3, 4, 5 and 6. Bedroom 4 and 5 benefit from large glass sliding windows with a large terrace looking onto the pool and elevated views. The main bathroom is located beside the kitchen and bedroom 6, it is spacious, modern and clean. On the ground floor there is a spacious 7th bedroom beside a further large bathroom. The 8th bedroom has 3 single beds and ensuite shower facilities. There is a large open plan living room with kitchen which is fully integrated with breakfast bar. The living room has large glass sliding doors leading out onto the sun terrace with direct views onto the private pool and gated parking area. The living room has plenty of sofas to accommodate upto 17 people comfortably, TV with satellite channels, and an indoor dining area. Perfect for large groups that wish to be close to the pool throughout the day. The bedroom configuration is as follows: Bedroom 1: Located on the 2nd floor, has twin beds fitted wardrobes, private terrace, en suite facilities Bedroom 2: Located on the 2nd floor, has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, private terrace, en suite facilities Bedroom 3: Located on the 1st floor, has twin beds, wardrobe, glass sliding doors Bedroom 4: Located on the 1st floor, twin beds beds, fitted wardrobes, large terrace, with ensuite shower facilities Bedroom 5: Located on the 1st floor, Double bed, fitted wardrobes, beside the main bathroom Bedroom 6: Located on the 1st floor, Twin beds, fitted wardrobes, beside a large bathroom Bedroom 7: Located on the Ground floor, with double bed beside the large shower room Bedroom 8: Located on the ground floor with 3 single beds, ensuite shower facilities We can also supply further single beds if required in some of these bedrooms, up to 20 people. 16 family members across three generations stayed here for 6 nights and all had a great time. The villa was in an excellent location - away from the hussle and bussle of the Old Town and the strip but ideally located between the two and close to some excellent restaurants and amenities such as supermarkets. Jim was exceptional from start to finish. He was extremely responsive to questions we had in the build up to our holiday and couldn't do enough to help. Defintely worth arranging airport transfers through Jim too. Would definitely recommend both the property and the host.

Lovely clean and spacious villa. Located perfectly between the Old Town and the main strip. Far enough away from the noise but within easy walking distances to the main areas. Villa comfortably slept 15 of us on a Stag Do, with plenty of room for larger groups. Dealing with Jim for the whole process was easy and he always responded quickly when we needed information. Would highly recommend the villa.

We stayed in Villa Bella on our family Holiday July 2023. Adults, teens and kids, 13 in total. We had so much space and the villa was absolutely beautiful. Location is ideal as it's quiet but within walking distance or a short uber fair to so many locations. The pool was perfect, great big size. Sort walk to the beach. Communication with Jim and his team could not have been better. If anything was needed it was almost instant response. We arranged transfers via Jim. Thank you so much. This was our first time staying in a Villa and the bar has been set high 5*. Noone wanted to leave.

Jim was a fantastic host providing other accommodation when we had early/late flights. Also helped us out big time with transport for the full weekend. 13 of us stayed at this Villa for a stag do and it was perfect. Pictures don’t do it justice and great location for strip and old town.

We stayed in this villa for my sisters hen do, there were 16 of us all together and we had a fab time! The location of the villa was ideal, short walk to the strip and short taxi ride to the old town but also walkable. The pool are was great, plenty sun beds and sun all day long. Jim was very easy to get in touch with if we had any questions and also booked taxis with tiago which was an excellent service. I would definitely recommend booking with Jim and staying in one of his villas! 10/10

Great location. 21 booked on hen party . Loads of room in villa . Fantastic time. Only downside was cold showers when everyone getting ready . Had pool heated definitely worth it .

The villa was absolutely ideal for our needs. Plenty of beds and bathrooms and the pool was ideal. The villa was clean and well maintained. The location was perfect for both old and new town. The communication with Jim was first class and he was really helpful.

The Bella Villa is everything as advertised. The rooms are spacious, most have their own bathrooms. The pool is a good size. It’s only a ten minute walk to the beach, a 20 minute walk to the Old Town and ten minutes to the Strip of clubs. Highly recommend it

12 of us booked for a hen party at this villa. Jim has been a great host from the start. The villa was clean and spacious, there’s so many rooms to choose from! The pool was lovely and clean. We were picked up from the airport and shown around the villa (we were very late arriving - 1am) and the team were still more than happy to show us about. We booked a Dj and photo booth which was an amazing experience. The villa was very secure and safe. Location - close to the strip, old town and supermarkets, although far enough away that it’s silent at night. Overall 10/10, could not have asked for a better villa. Thank you Jim and the team - we will be back!!

The villa was amazing and had a great pool area! It was much more modern than the pictures so was even more happy with it when we got there. 15 girls stayed for a hen weekend and it was ideal! The rooms where great and plenty bathrooms for all your girls to get ready. Only problem was the hot water doesn’t last long! Plenty dishes and cups etc. and seating for everyone. Would highly recommend and would definitely go back! Jim answered all queries asap and arranged the transport to and from the villa. Nothing was a worry or hassle and everyone loved it! Thanks for making everything so easy and my sister and the hens had a great time and loved the villa!

Lovely and clean. Location excellent. Had a lot of problems in villa. For example lookely we had a engineer with us as there was a short that left us with no power. We found kettle caused it. Called property manager for a repacement. Never received so no kettle for 4 days. If this small problem could not be sorted how long would it have taken if we were left with no power. We had a disabled person with us that needed the internet. This small thing did cause grief for us. Also we had 4 sets of partners and on the advert it shows beds for such. 2 doubles on top floor. I had to take single beds not sleeping with my husband as I informed parties there was beds for them. No snooker tables as asked for. We did enjoy the stay and everything else excellent pick up from airport and return stress free. Close to restaurant s and beach as descibed.

The only problem that we had during the stay was at the beginning when the gas went out but was quickly fixed and the rest of the holiday was amazing. Great location as beach, bars shops and restaurants were all within a short walk. Such as lovely place to stay. Will be back again.

We stayed here as a group of 19 in June for a Hen Party.Highly recommended, within walking distance of the strip and old town along with various cafes/shops along the way. Villa was clean and communication from the property managers very good.

we were a family of 17 including 3 infants and 1 child the villa was big enough but the pool was freezing cold even though we thought it was heated which it was if you paid 25 euros per day also we requested a pool table or a ping pong table which never appeared then we needed the washing machine to wash towels which we found was broken we reported to the manager and he said he would send maintenance who never appeared either so all in all as long as you dont need or want to launder the villa is in a good location it could have been cleaner and some of the showers need maintaining but we still enjoyed the holiday overall

Spacious and with enough beds to have had double the amount of people. Pool was clean and warm, yet refreshingly cool enough after a hot day. Barbecue was good and there were plenty of recliners, a shaded patio area with a huge table and chairs and inside a just as big dining room table. Ample quantities of crockery, cutlery and even a handy first aid box. Comfortable beds and good security screens. Within walking distance of the old town, the strip and the beach, yet far enough away to be unaffected.
