Place is great great value but a far walk. I’ve stayed before at this property but it’s better to be closer to the strip. Also it’s not as safe as it was walking the block to get to the strip.

Hotel and Signature Tower staff were amazing! We had a few minor issues and they were VERY quick to resolve them! No fault of the property owner at all! Everyone was super friendly and helpful and the place was great too! I would come back for the Customer Service for sure!

Favorite place I've stayed in Vegas so far. Loved that there was a hair dryer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and fridge in the room. It was nice being a short walk to the strip and not having to walk through the smoke filled casinos to get to and from my room. Will book again in the future for sure. PSA - be sure to tell Uber you're in tower 3 because it does not default to the actual tower you're in.

I feel bad for the owner who is very helpful and responsive because the cleaning company does not do a good job and the room is not being taken care of.

The Signature towers connect to MGM with a longish walk through skywalks. When you enter MGM you are close to the monorail station. The Signature is clean, great valet, and wasn’t ever crowded. The suite is starting to show its age, but was clean and had everything you need. A balcony is rare and Vegas and had a decent view. I would stay here again.

Clean and close to strip. Easy to get to convention center. Owners were responsive the safe was locked and he got someone there quickly. Only con is the noise from the hallway there need to be a strip at the bottom of the door. Over all we had a nice stay.

I had an excellent first experience in Vegas at this property. Stayed several days for CES and had easy access to MGM's shuttle to the conference as well as all of the entertainment and nightlife offered on the strip. Nice and close to the airport, as well as Fremont Street and Area15 (both of which I HIGHLY recommend checking out while you're in town). The room is beautiful with a very nice view, and the jacuzzi tub was just what I needed after several physically demanding days of being on my feet.

We had a great time celebrating my 60th birthday. The room was clean and had great views. Convenient access to MGM grands and the strip. We were able to walk to everything including the Elton John concert at Allegiant stadium. Thanks Vimal.

Perfect getaway spot off the strip but with all the strip amenities. It was so nice to stay in the hotel district without the casino at the end of the elevator ride. It was just a short walk away, but nice to not have it in your face. The room itself was perfect with a balcony and a usable fridge. I will definitely be coming back.

Ideal location, the resort has plenty of suitable options for food and pools. The lazy river was fantastic. Nice size room and comfy bed and roomy bathroom.

The communication was fine and prompt. Pros - strong water pressure and hot water, free laundry facilities downstairs, AC worked well Cons - very worn, old furniture and carpet, pillows were pretty much non existent, matttess was very soft, headboard cracked and torn, one very stained towel- only 3 towels for two weeks- ( I was able to wash towels and bedding in downstairs laundry ) Overall disappointed compared to a stay in Tower 1 several years ago.

The owner was super. He answered all of our questions. Everything was set up to where we had do nothing but walk in, get our key and enjoy the next 27 days. It is an amazing place to stay. Thank you so much for a wonderful place to enjoy Las Vegas.

Property is just as described. Just off the strip with quick access to lots of restaurants and casinos. Great place to stay to have the strip experience but also easy access to vehicles to get around town for our soccer tournament. Host was great with communication and a couple special requests!
